The elbows weren't as bad as people here are makign them out to be. The reason behind them is worse than the act itself actually. He was trying to get sideways as much as possible so if hatton hit him w/ his right it would be much closer to the back of his head and perhaps another point would be taken off. Boxers do it from time to time, just usually not in a manner like that.
The dirty play from both fighters was just that... both fighters. He deducted a point from Hatton at a fairly appropriate time, and assuming he was going to take one from Floyd if he decided to flirt w/ the line he only had the remaining 3 rounds to do so... all of which became relatively clean.
