Re-watch the fight, Joe Cortez was not looking at Floyd, he was looking at Hatton. Joe Cortez came into this fight with one thing in mind, prevent Hatton from doing anything remotely resembling holding.

In the process, he completely neglected all of the blatant fouls Floyd was committing,

That was crazy man... I never seen ANYONE get away with so much.... I mean Cortez was basically 2 inches from PBFs elbow as it hit hatton over and over and over and im at my house watching a pixelated image going damn!!!! WTF Joe do ****ing something it was a disgrace imo.

I'm not even mad at floyd either... You take what you can get away with... But ****ing Cortez was down right flagrant tonight. Frankly Hattons people should have been more vocal too hell even get the DQ in arguing with the ref whatever just not let his man take an illegal beating like that.

Im supprised Larry Merchant wasn't all over Cortez. I was also fully expecting a member from the Nevada state atheltic commison to have a word with Cortez between rounds. Obviously neither happened, and I am disappointed at this sham of a fight. Cortez was intent on stopping Hattons efforts in his tracks, and nobody had the balls to call him on it.

I thought Hatton was quiting when he mooned Floyd after the point deduction. I certainly would have. And I would not have thought any less of him if he did quit. He must have been so frustrated, Cortez was ruining his gameplan up until that point, then he takes a point away from him. It was bull****. I would have turned my back and said **** with this. I cant fight with the ****ing clown of a referee all over my nuts.

Hatton fought one hell of a fight. I'm not discrediting him at all, but you on the other hand are finding the smallest **** and trying to make it into a big deal.

Sorry man, I dont agree with you on this matter. From how the fight played out, there could have been another ref who would allowed the clinching, but the fight outcome would have stayed the same. Hatton was getting hit way to much and Floyd softened him up with some nice ass straight right hand leads. I'm trying to point out to you that the ref didnt have **** to do with the KO. You're the one who is impling that the ref helped Mayweathear get the KO because your fighter lost.
