Brodie. If this makes you feel better, go ahead and lean on it, though alone, it doesn't address anything I've pointed out so try and refrain from being so silly.
more people tune in to watch Hatton..

WHERE IS YOUR PROOF?!.. I need numbers, not claims. Claims are worthless without support, just worthless! 2 million pay per view buys vs. no pay per view at all doesn't seem to support that.

he is way more popular in his country then Mayweather is in the US..
Reduction. Ok, we shall reduce and be relative then, since no parameters were set.

Proportionately, Floyd is more popular in his ethnic "community" than Hatton is in his.

Floyd is more infamous and popular in the U.S. than Hatton is.

Floyd is more popular/infamous world-wide than Ricky is.

plus his fans travel in the thousands to watch him fight..
While American fans stay at home and pay for millions of dollars in pay per view. Americans being lazy has nothing to do with this. How many Americans flew out to see Ali in south Africa? Is Hatton more popular than Ali?

why do you think May is fighting a JUNIOR WELTER?
Maybe because he himself is a super-feather weight and he likes a good challenge.

cuz he is popular and will bring in the $$, dont be so ****** your whole life , okay?
No, he's fighting him for whatever reasons he stated. Not attributable to your lack of logic.

Mayweather may sell ppv's, but to call the people who buy them fans or expect them to go see him is ridiculous. Just consider the jam packed 7000 who went to go see him fight Sharmba Mitchell, and compare that to ANY fight hatton has had.

I'm not trying to downplay Floyd, he's a great fighter. But he's not the draw, he probably never will be a popular fighter with a lot of fans, just live with it, he's not a people person. The Floyd fans should be content to know he's the best fighter #4# and not worry about the fact that no matter who he fights, he's the antagonist and not the popular fighter or the main draw, it does him no harm.
i agree with everything you said with the exception of cotto, i dont think cotto is more popular than mayweather ESPECIALLY on the west coast.

Maybe per capita, but Floyd has more fans overall.

yes, but Ellerbe is claiming that those 20k fans are coming JUST to see Floyd. Please tell me u dont agree with him.

You're right. What is even more amazing about Hatton is that of the five PPVs he has sold in the UK three of them have been against Maussa, Collazo and Urango. I wonder how many people would pay to watch Sinclair fight those guys.

Which is what people are conveniently ignoring for some reason.
