Theres more moves but its whos stronger than can put the move on. You dont have to be a "strong" guy to win in boxing. Its all skill...period.

I've trained both [competed as well] and boxing is a much more grueling.
How come you disclaimer your remake, when what you said clearly shows that your disclaimer is pure BS? Because if you had trained in both, you would know that BJJ in MMA is NOT about the strong guy winning, nor does your skill set diminish when you are on the ground.

You haven't trained in both, and you certainly haven't competed at any competent levels. You can't disclaimer your lack of knowledge and knowhow.

    Tip #1
When you're unsure about a subject, just avoid it. Do not make up fake facts about fighting, because when you're on a fighting forum, chances are there maybe someone on that forum that has some knowledge and could call you up on your statements.

But sometimes things are never quick. Nor easy.

Quit thinking in one dimention and start thinking in four.

Umm, you mean the only reason MMA is around is because the fights are quik and easy (fast knockouts) which is the ONLY reason thats keeping it on two legs. People tune in because of the "boxing" not the rolling around on the ground. As soon as that stops, say goodbye to this fad.

Do you really expect a man who spent his life in Kempo Karate and wrestling to suddenly be a world-class boxer? Come on.

People switch from "it's just boring rolling on the ground" to "flashy brutal KOs" pretty quick. MMA is the art of REAL fighting. Fighting takes on a variety of levels. Real fighting takes on many levels, and requires a lot of skill to be able to navigate each level effectively.

Yes, he's much more skilled at boxing, but boxing isn't the only skill that matters.

UFC may fade, I wont debate that, but MMA will not. MMA is fighting at it's purest LEGAL level in the US.

Haglers right MMA is more hype then reality, the fights arent as good as people think but because its got the hype people are getting on it. I've been to 1 MMA show there were 5 bouts on and 1 was good the other 4 were boring. Any boxing show (amatuer or pro) has been way better for overall quality of fights.
When a superstar comes along in boxing , boxing will blow MMA clean outta the water IMO.
