If you are happy and 100% satisfied with the way Floyd fought Saturday night, then you are either very easily satisfied, or you are sycophantic. In other words, you do not question anything Floyd does, and your view of reality is askew.

Floyd did not give his best; did not show the fans what we wanted.

He will be remembered as a great fighter who did not quite satisfy, if he stays retired.
wtf are you talking about? he fought a fighter who was probably 20 lbs. heavier than him and stood and traded a few times during the fight and even buckled oscars knee's twice what the **** more do you want from the guy.

Oscar had the size and weight advantage over Floyd in this fight, he also picked the ring size and the gloves for this fight, he was also the best shape I've ever seen him in his whole career. He's only 4 years older then Floyd, Oscar only had 5 more career fights then Floyd, 38 fights for Floyd and 43 fights for Oscar, so please don't give me this age crap.
Skill wise he is up there, but that said, all three - Hearns, Duran, Leonard, and for that matter Robinson too, all beat the crap out of Mayweather, who has zero pop, and even less "heart" if you want to go on skill only - then Mayweather loses to Leonard, Hearns, and Robinson and most likely Duran too, - all of which have way too much power and heart for Floyd, and while I am at it, I will mention another great one that would beat Mayweather with ease, and that is Marvelous Marvin Hagler who had heart, skill, power, and would rough up anyone who got in the ring with him, Mayweather doesn't have the heart or the power to compete with any of the true "greats" in history....

Give Floyd a little more credit, I'm not saying he wins but he makes it competitive with any of those guys.

The only guy that comes close to Floyd's skills is Leonard, still Floyd skills is better then all the 4 legends you've named.

Again you are talking about fantasy fights here, you can't never prove who will win, you're just guessing here.

Lets not forget Hearns, Leonard, and Robinson best weight was at 147 and Floyd's bets weight was at 130, you are comparing the best fighters from 147 against the best from 130, that's just not fair.

As for Duran fighting Floyd at 130, this one will be another no mas, that will be my guess.

I've been watching boxing for a good 16 years, have seen all the old timers careers and have had a few favorites along the way such as Leonard, Whitaker and Roy Jones but in 1998 I realized I had never seen a fighter more composed with the type of ring smarts as Floyd has. There is nothing more I enjoy watching then a pure boxer with great defense. Just like all other sports, defense wins championships. To some Floyd has a very boring style but for me it's the most entertaining form of boxing I've ever seen. I thoroughly enjoyed the fight on Saturday. You say us Floyd fans are very easy to please but it's all a matter of likes and dislikes. There is no right or wrong. One of my favorite aspects of his style is when his opponent is so close to him and still can't hit him while getting countered by Floyd. He has a style to takes specific taste to fully enjoy. The sport is called boxing, not knockouts or brawling. Hit and don't get him. He follows that motto and I would too if I had his abilities.

I am not saying he doesn't have skill, he does, but he is not in the same class with the fighters I mentioned. He may be able to be competative with Duran, unless Duran tosses him in a corner and gets rough, same with a Hagler, who would dominate a Mayweather....

Again, can one person in here answer my question...

Who was fully satisfied with this performance by Floyd?

                  yes or no.
                  I was fully satisfied.

Floyd went out there and did exactly what I expected him to do.

Now you moved up to probably the best middleweight of all time, again you're *****g a guy who's best weight was at 130 against a guy who's best weight is 160, that's not fair. Again we can never prove fantasy fights, lets just agree these fighters have all been greats in their own era.

What makes you think Floyd has no heart, he's always shown heart in all of his fights, just because his fighting style is defensive, that does not mean he does not have heart.
