Who was fully satisfied with this performance by Floyd?

    yes or no.
You ask people if they were satisfied by starting your first post saying if they are they are easily impressed. In other words, belittling the opinion of those who enjoyed the fight and his performance simply because you did not. Just realize that you don't like his style. You must like guys who pose more of a threat to someone's conciousness, or spend the time Floyd does being elusive with trying to throw more punches. You want someone who fights "harder", meaning must land more punches that shoulder rolling, ducking, moving and sticking as he dances. Again- not a pure boxer. A boxer/ puncher.

Was I satisfied? Yes. I thought he fought better than the pot shotting in the Baldomir fight and his defense was top notch. Most of the punches landed on him were when Oscar stopped bing a zombie every time he had Floyd on the ropes. He fought a good fight.

Well, he really did upset you and you did think Oscar was going to KO him. He proved you and many others wrong. So you want to bring up the fact that he's not as great as others, he doesn't have heart, whatever.........but how many of them can retire after fighting champions in different weight classes and become undefeated. As far as I know none of the guys mentioned retired undefeated. And the heart part I mean Floyd is a smart fighter. He doesn't get hit as much and knows the risk of boxing. Look what being brave did to Muhammad Ali, sure he was a great entertainer, fighter, person, etc.. but would he take it all back to have a normal life without Parkinsons?

If you are happy and 100% satisfied with the way Floyd fought Saturday night, then you are either very easily satisfied, or you are sycophantic. In other words, you do not question anything Floyd does, and your view of reality is askew.

Floyd did not give his best; did not show the fans what we wanted.

He will be remembered as a great fighter who did not quite satisfy, if he stays retired.
PBF gave his fans what they wanted, a VICTORY! a victory in a way he is accustomed getting it. by outboxing and outsmarting his opponent. The daya fighter starts fighting the way his "fans" want him to fight, will be the day he is buying tickets to watch fights, like those "fans" are doing. instead of being in those big fights. my question for u is whats satisfying? what fighter has satisfied u throughout their career?

Mayweather does not challenge himself, does not take risks, including fighting this version of Oscar, who is, at this point obviously no longer the proud warrior he once was.
DeLaHoya 5 years ago wipes the ring with Mayweather, but not now, and not in a rematch either...
First of all he has better skills then all of those 3 guys, lets not forget Oscar at 130 would've been probably stopped by the 130 version of Floyd, there is no way in hell any version of Oscar beats any version of Floyd, if Oscar couldn't do it this weekend then he would've never done it.

Oscar had the size and weight advantage over Floyd in this fight, he also picked the ring size and the gloves for this fight, he was also the best shape I've ever seen him in his whole career. He's only 4 years older then Floyd, Oscar only had 5 more career fights then Floyd, 38 fights for Floyd and 43 fights for Oscar, so please don't give me this age crap.

You're talking about fantsay fights here, so you don't know what would've happened. Don't talk like it's fact, because you can't never prove it, we all guess out of our asses when it comes to fantasy fights, that's all!

                Simple question.
I was and am 100% satisfied, answer me this question did you expect Floyd to knockout Oscar? If not then how can you not be satisfied with the way he fought, he fought the best fight possible to win.

Some of you guys are speaking straight lies. Mayweather did not 'prove me wrong' because I never said he could not do what he did. And honestly, he fought more in the Baldomir fight than this fight. But you can see it how you wish.

And yes, I make it plain as day that I was not fully satisfied with his effort. No need for you to beat a dead horse.

I don't need to hear what kind of fighter Floyd is. I know what kind of a fighter he is.

The questions remains...who was 100% satisfied with the way Floyd won this single fight? I don't want to hear ramblings about his career or how he fought other guys or what his style is generally.

Yes or no. Only one person really answered.

Floyd did not fight the best possible way in my eyes. Just because he wasn't supposed to KO Oscar, does not mean he had to fight backwards so much, threw few shots, and hardly put any steam on his shots.

At least now 2 people have answered.

I don't think so. Floyd does to Duran what SRL did to him the 2nd time. Hearns would put up a good fight like always, but his chin would fail him like always. Hagler I'm not so sure, he prolly never would have fought him and I don't think he can make 160 lbs. SRL, I think would lose to him on pts SD because of his defense and he has enough offensive prowess to keep SRL guessing, but I could also see SRL getting the best of him with his fast powerfuls shots. I think you underestimate Floyd's talents and skills like everyone I guess. But we will see how people feel 10 yrs from now.
