My joe is on video being stiff slow and missing mutiple advances compared and he stuggled with people like jers and bill who were the best movers for the whole era he isnt top 10 or 20 skilled of all time and would be destroyed had he fought 70s-90s mid/high level skilled fighters

Shouldn't effectiveness matter?
