Also I don't know the details of Prince Andrew's actions but that she claimed and they charged him with sexual assault has to be looked at closely.

Any sex with a minor, even consensual, is an act of 'sexual assualt.' We used to use the street phrase 'statutory **** ' - but it is actually a charge of sexual assault.

So what is meant by her claim of sexual assault:

Does she mean that she was coerced into the sex by circumstances and situation? That she was coerced into prostitution? That is sexual assault.

Does she mean she was druged or physically restrained? (That is what was alleged about the recent Supreme Court appointee.) That is sexual assault and ****.

Two very different accusations.
