No announcement yet.
Does anyone still think the old time heavyweights were too small to be competitive in the modern era?

So yes, you admit again you used TRT. You’ve just tried to insult me for pinning. When YOU pinned your TRT
I hate to break this to you but once you inject synthetic compounds into your body, like you openly admit you did, then your natural card is gone forever. And you certainly would have to be the biggest idiot on the planet to try and ridicule someone else for using performance enhancements when YOU admit to using them yourself
And yes, at this stage of my life I only take a TRT dosage. Exactly the same thing you took you fool.
You’re embarrassing yourself.
Ok then Inoue vs Hamzah Sheeraz. Would size play a factor in that fight do you think, genius?
You didn't respond to this post.
Care to? How many times did you pin your Test a week?

I love how his source is some copy and paste media clipping on a forum. And a training regimen more basic than someone who started boxing a year ago.
Provide a source that he runs 15 miles per day during camp and 5 miles per day when he's not in camp.
Also, citing that you run 5 miles per day is irrelevant because you are admittedly not natural.Last edited by IronDanHamza; 12-27-2024, 08:28 PM.

3 years ago, as a tattoo artist I used TRT. YES. and that SUCKS if my natural card is gone forever. luckily I never dabbled in anything serious.
Got no problem admitting that.
Took me a while to get off, in order to pass drug tests for boxing. This is why I started training so hard. It's my experience with the stuff that is making me call you out!
THE DIFFERENCE IS. I'M NOT ON IT ANYMORE. most people never stop!! YOU are still on it, and your temperament online sounds like it. Every single post is riddled with insults and aggression.
It's extremely hard to get off even a low dose of the stuff.
If you are sore everyday from punishing workouts though, your balls turn back on and your libido shoots sky high.Last edited by them_apples; 12-27-2024, 10:45 PM.

scroll down to the running section. closer to the fight, he would increase the distance to 10-15 miles. says right there. I have read this many times before as well.
0 chance he maxed out at 5 miles.
Also, clever with your wording. I am clean as a whistle though. And trt is not a running enhancer. For the record I am running about 15-20 km Actually, which is considerably more than 5 miles. No chance Marciano wasn't doing this or more.
There is also 0 chance I could fight like him at the pace he did under the lights. he was in some SERIOUS condition. I am sure you have been to a gym before - Try putting down an hour on an airbike (not an assault bike, thats way easier) at 70 rpms. It's extremely hard and takes time and endurance.
Marciano must have been doing some insane **** seriously. to do what he did. I am nothing compared to him in regards to conditioning, nothing at all.Last edited by them_apples; 12-27-2024, 10:51 PM.

Yeah I am still on TRT. The vast majority of males in the world would be better off on TRT.Last edited by IronDanHamza; 12-27-2024, 11:06 PM.

Your source (the same one Bronson provided) doesn't support what you claimed. You said in camp he runs 15 miles a day. Your source does not claim that.
So you've just made that up again. Unless you can provide an actual source that does support it.

Couldn't care less about the rest of your following meaningless fantasy babble.
When you can provide a real source for your claims then do so.Last edited by IronDanHamza; 12-27-2024, 11:06 PM.Bronson66 likes this.

You are not clean. You have admitted to taking performance enhancers so you're not clean, and you're not natural. That's just a fact. So what you can or can't do is irrelevant.

When you can provide a real source for your claims then do so.
"He would run for around 5-6 miles daily, but when a fight was approaching, he would increase the distance to 9-10 miles and sometimes even up to 12-15 miles during the last week of his training.
Additionally, he would take walks of 5-10 miles late in the afternoon or evening, all in the hilly terrain surrounding Grossinger's, where he trained."
I am confused.
At one point did I not read that he was running 12-15 Miles. I didn't say all year around. I said at the peak of camp.
This is what I read.
So it sounds like he would ramp it up to a peak of 15 miles. like most fighters.
They start with 5- then 7 then 10 etc he pushed it to 15. plus boots, and sand weights (ill have to source that obviously)
Also, Bronson posted this:
""Each day for a month, Marciano has got up at 7 a.m. He then has a cup of tea (sugar and lemon) and usually runs between three and five miles."
So we started at 3-5 miles
Then 5-6 Daily and 12-15 at the peak of camp.
HUGE difference. you wanna talk about manipulation of facts.Last edited by them_apples; 12-27-2024, 11:16 PM.

Bronson source said this;
"Each day for a month, Marciano has got up at 7 a.m. He then has a cup of tea (sugar and lemon) and usually runs between three and five miles.
At 8:30, it is a breakfast of fruit, cereal, two soft-boiled eggs, lamb chops, toast, and more tea.
He walks and naps until noon, when he has some tea.
Then he naps until his big workout at 3 p.m. After 4:30 he naps until dinner time at 5:30; after which he walks, plays ping pong, reads, or listens to the radio. At 8:30 he may have an apple or pear, and goes to bed"
And your source, said this;- 7 am: Wake up, drink tea with sugar and lemon, and run 5 miles (9km)
- 8:30 am: Breakfast includes fruit, cereal, two soft-boiled eggs, lamb chops, toast, and tea.
- 10 am: Short walk and nap
- 12 pm: another short nap before his workout
- 3 pm: Boxing workout, including push-ups, pull-ups, and other calisthenics exercises
- 4:30 pm: Another short nap before dinner
- 5 pm: Dinner including steak, green vegetables, and olive oil dressing
- 7 pm: Walk, ping pong, reading or listening to the radio
- 8:30 pm: An apple or a pear, and then time for bed
Are you seeing it? THEY ARE THE THE EXACT SAME
The same one you just tried to downplay, your source was the exact same one. Just with some added claims outside of the actual training routine provided.
Which, do not support what you've claimed anyway.

Yes, I don't think that is breaking news.
No, no.

and is a claim that Marciano only ran 3-5 miles supposed to be better?
Let's find a middle ground here.
It's obvious during the peak of his camp he was running WAY more.
