all that running, and jumping rope these guys do builds stamina, but not necessarily strength/power. consequently, that type of exercise tends to make muscle and build more lean (see cyclists, long distance runners, etc.)
not sure how much leg pressing or squats these dudes are doing, but i bet a few of these guys could benefit from some of that work in their regimen

Apparently, neither guy was tested and both guys found it odd because BOTH guys waited around for the post-fight drug testing and no one showed up. Neither guy is at fault for this BUT, Gamboa is trying to insinuate something by the protest. He thinks no one showed up because they were covering up something on Crawford's end but Crawford could have the same argument because Gamboa wasn't tested either.

Crawford is on boxing talk radio with Gabe Montoya right now. Crawford said he was waiting for a urine test but nobody came. He also says he was worried before the fight because he was not tested, and he was worried that Gamboa was not tested considering his history.
Crawford says he does not even take vitamins, so he knows he is clean and is willing to get tested anytime by anyone. He is still concerned there was no testing in the gamboa fight, especially since Gamboa's name came up in some reports of being involved with doping scandals.
Steve Kim said Gamboa didn't get tested either. They waited 45 minutes and nobody came to administer the test. I don't think this is Crawford's issue. The commission and/or whoever was supposed to administer testing is at fault.
50 can rest assure that he will never be wrongfully identified as someone intelligent. Pretty stupid when rich people gamble.

Dan Rafel said that the plan is to have a unification fight at the end of the year btw Lamont and Danny if they both win on august 9th.
Not bad, it sucks that Danny will fight another tuneup but hey he got schooled in his last fight and many thought he lost.
I'd bet on that not happening. This is his last go at 140lbs.
