I believe that the 2 best boxers of all time are Ray Robinson and Roberto Duran. I watched this video and they appeared to be the most skilled at jumping rope.
Coincidence? I think not.
What kind of jump rope yall use, i did jump rope for a few weeks i like it, but i dont like my jump rope much idk if there is better

Squat-rope takes so much energy from any sequence. I'd say Tyson had the best beast machine rope ability.
This is accurate. Good post fam. Squat rope is insanely difficult to master. I can do it all for about 10-15 seconds.
Nice video, I love to skip rope as well. Always amazed at how nimble Tyson moved considering he was a heavyweight.
They called him "Iron" Mike for a reason. He was really a spectacular fighter. We need another ****ing Mike Tyson in boxing. Which I don't think its possible to replicate Mike.
Good video. I made a thread about this video a while back.
I think Duran, Tyson, and Robinson are hands down the best at doing rope jumping tricks.
I've been jumping rope for years and I have some pretty sweet moves up my sleeve.
I find it to be a much superior form of exercising compared to that of running. I prefer for my ****ing knees to work.
