workrate does not always mean punching it means perpetual motion (quoted from jim lampley). It means manny will be in spots so fast left to right, floyd will be fighitng 5 guys, and those punches arent coming from those same spots either. He will constantly keep moving and changing up his rhythm that floyd wont be able to time him for one his signature shut outs. By the way I gotta say this, Floyd's speed is mad mad mad overrated. He doesnt have speed like pac, sugar ray, sugar shane, oscar in his prime, meldrick taylor. He has great body movement, but nos punching wise. Ever since he moved up to fight gatti and watching that fight, of course he worked gatti with speed, but it's not that dynamite holy shit type of speed.

lol, i know i did get a little carried away, but im saying the manny pacquiao that jmm is definitely not the manny of today. The old manny only had the in and out move( easy to time) and left staight. The manny of today has lateral and side to side movement with non stop head movement. Include punches from different angles that can knock you out and your in for the fight of your life. Before the hatton, and cotto fight i figured floyd would just time the in and out move manny used to emply. Now it's a whole different story. You dont know where he's coming from. It's not only his movement, but it's also the angle from where the punches are coming from. I'm tellin you guys that are so confident that floyd will do use the high guard and pot shot in and out. Manny will get him with one of those flurries, and it will hurt floyd for sure. I guaruntee at that moment manny will start diggin to the body while he has him blocking up top.
lateral movement wont do much with manny's workrate, so your saying he will run the whole fight while manny throws most of the punches, and even if he lands lets say 2 out of 4 shots, that's still more than floyd. That's why im saying floyd isnt tryna fight pac, cuz of his workrate. I can visualize all of floyd's super fights, and can easily see manny winning if he was in place of the other fighter.
Don't get me wrong i understand counterpunching and all that, where manny can make a mistake and get clipped good, but manny is soooo ferocious and fast. Just like my other thread, i said look at the zab judah fight. He was a fast and powerful SOUTHPAW that can punch in an unconventional way, and floyd was gettin worked for the first couple rounds. whether you like it or not, he made floyd stumble back and smile, really meaning the shot hurt, but watching the fight that straight left he got on him i believe in the 1st or 2nd hurt floyd. Imagine what pac would do to floyd and with more determination, and not just to pick up a paycheck.

marqez had no head movement in the fight, he was stiff as hell and even went in with his head straight up. Manny will TKO floyd. Floyd was a great fighter at 135 and below, but at 147 he's nothing special. Shit you put cotto in marquezes's place and it would be a tko. Floyd is a great defensive fighter, but its only cuz he's so limited offensively. Where as manny has great offense and good defense. Really watch floyd above 135, he does nothing that really spells greatness. He's just fought hand picked opponents.

Yeah but what other way can floyd fight? Obviously he isnt going to be more offensive against manny. His defense is pretty much always the same. I know he can adjust and what not, but we dont really have proof of that, because he's never fought any great fighters. Yes I said it, he beat corrales, but he didnt have to adjust. He lost to castillo and adjusted in the 2nd fight. Not during the first fight. He came in with a game plan. The question is what if the game plan doesnt work against manny.
**** top 10, if you dont have him in your top 5 hw's you dont know boxing. Skill wise he can beat any hw in history. There is not a single heavyweight i can think of that he cant beat.
