I think Golovkin squashes Jacobs but it would be nice to know for sure. I think he blazes through Saunders as well, but he'd have all the belts at that point and moving up would seem natural. I do want to see him in a 50/50 fight.
Yeah, they'res nothing wrong with saying who you think would win..that's what having an opinion is all about.. but when people open up there ass cheeks and say no i don't wanna see a fight between the top two middleweights because they're afraid that there is a chance their fighter might lose is cowardly.
The gab between Jacobs and Golovkin is too wide though, Jacobs fights too tentative, like he lacks confidence in his own attack. On top of that he has a shitty chin.
You can still have an opinion if one has been wrong before, Jacobs has never impressed me. The only quality to him is his power, other than that I see nothing.
People say Jacobs is tentative and Golovkin is patient..when its generally the same thing. Jacbos took out a top 5 middleweight in one round...what more do you want?
Golovkin makes his life flash before his eyes.
yeah so lets just have Golovkin retire now and get on with our lives...c'mon man put some effort in your argument.
What about when Mora put him on his ass?
That was a flash knock down that occurred because Jacobs was going in for the kill and had no respect for Mora's punching power. It was the same as when Clottey got dropped by Cotto....far from hurt..just more off balance then anything
Oh I'm not afraid to see anybody lose. If Danny Jacobs is good enough to crush Golovkin, I want to see it. And then I want to see a fighter come along who can crush him and so on. The best vs the best no matter what. It keeps the sport interesting. No guy reigns forever anyway, no matter how great he is. They are humans after all. By 2020, most of these top guys won't be there anymore. It's life. It keeps going. I just love 50/50 fights where both risk a lot in terms of career and status and all. It's so much more fun.
I agree 1000%!!!
OOOOOOOOh so You mustve been one of the 90k who was interested in watching Lemieux get smashed on PPV the same Lemieux who got ktfo by Rubio who got ktfo by GGG in two rounds LOL!!! yeah makes total sense. F**ck Jacobs though lmao
Put some in yours bozo. The boy has glass chin and Golovkin will spark him out. He lacks the skills to hang and my boy Brook would also finish him.
You want to give paper boy Jacobs credit for a fight he would lose.
use common sense...which opponent that Golovkin has beaten wouldve beaten Pirog or Jacobs for that matter...dont worry i'll wait. lemme guess ISHIDA!!! LMAO!!
Look, this isn't a debate. Golovkin is better than Jacobs until he (Jacobs) proves otherwise, the Don has spoken friend.
Don who? Don Cheadle? Don Lemon? lol ... Golovkin has proven to this point he is the best middleweight..his record indicates that..but we all have access to BoxRecwe all can see the middleweight landscape..and #2 says Danny Jacobs...so stop using lame excuses to avoid the #2 . BJS has said too many times that he cant beat Golovkin. Chris Eubank lost to BJS.
Nope it's isn't steroids. It's his STRAIGHT LEFT.
How can you get a straight punch so fast that it's hard for boxers to avoid? They ALL know it's coming, but yet they ALL get clipped and hit by it eventually. So it's not really a secret but the secrecy is how fast and powerful it is. For Mayweather he will also get clipped by it since orthodox fighters have a harder time blocking and countering it especially since the Philly shell style he uses isn't the best defense for it as it limits mobility going left.
What exercises and punching things do yoo do to get a great straight punch?
Call me crazy but doesnt a secret mean something not everyone knows about? From my understanding Pacquiao is most known for his Left Hand...just saying.
Canelo's fight with Cotto's brother was the first time I saw Canelo fight. I became a big Canelo fan then and I've been a big Canelo fan ever since. I am also a big GGG fan. I hate that one of them will lose barring a draw. It should be a great fight.
Yeah it's tough to choose. Going back to the fight with Jose Cotto I didn't realize the variety of punches that he already had back then.
It's pretty Ironic that Mayweather is born Feb 24th and Ward Feb 23rd. They both have an unmatched desire to win at all costs. So it's easier to be a fan of both though they have have glaring differences to how they fight. But I think it's more due to the weight classes and type of opponents they face.
Once Again. Tell your boy for his 22nd fight to get his arse in there with Wilder. That's all that matters at this point. stop deflecting. stop running. just stop. S*it or get off the pot.
Its cringy...in the same way that colby covington saying that Usman had his tribe sending up smoke signals....Tank prob wore it cuz Mayweather told him to...Mayweather can say he wore it cuz it was a Mexican Holiday vs De La Hoya...but in reality his Uncle used to call himself the Mexican Assassin so Its all Troll material...I think it's WWE type corny. Welcome to America
I think that's misleading because Judah,Corley and Mitchell came in weighing more then Floyd. Floyds reach would show up in a bad way against pacquiao because he'd be so cautious of pacquiao he'd keep him on the end of his jab all night until manny Jumps in then he times him and catches manny with the straight right like he did with hatton who had to leap in to catch floyd.
Mayweather didnt ask for a catchweight fighting De La Hoya, He didn't even make the 154 and still Beat ODH who was probably 167 on fight night...as opposed to Manny who was 148 compared to ODH 147 on fight night....The only two fighters that i've seen Floyd out weigh is Marquez and Hatton...everyone else was bigger then him.
ORTIZ is Great But.......ORTIZ JAB? He Landed 15 / 126 in the Berto Fight, that's 12%, now subtract the fact that Floyd has the best defense in the fight game do you think he'd actually land more against hime then he would against Berto. His style fits Mayweather because he's a come forward boxer who floyd could time. Him being a big Welterweight southpaw does help. I think Manny is still a better challenge, in that Pac-Man is just on a roll right now and can bring out the best of Floyd.
never learn
No ones figured out yet that an angry Mayweather is not a Mayweather u want to fight
And the fact that he didnt respond was a really bad sign for Guerrero because his natural instincts are to respond and the fact that he didnt shows how much of that anger hes going to carry inside with him in that ring on saturday.
