Did anyone see the Roy Jones night last night? Apparently he beat a tomato can named Max Alexander. By the way, Alexander has a record of 14-6-1 and lost his last six fights. Now Roy Jones is fired up and wants a shot at the Crusier weight title. Is it me or is this guy delusional? Roy had his time, but it's over!

It was pretty obvious Williams could not stop the overhand left from Lara. This is the same punch Martinez used to stop him in his last fight. Williams's trainer believes he simply didn't see the punch from Martinez so there is no need to change his game-plan. Bottom line....the blueprint to defeat Williams has been established by Martinez. Either Williams needs to change trainers and hire a need trainer to develop a defense to stop those looping left overhand punches or think about retiring. I'm not saying Williams is shot, but it's a matter of time before he suffers another brutal KO.

In 56 fights, Manny Pacquiao has 38 knockouts which equates to a KO% of about 68%. In comparison, Floyd Mayweather Jr has 25 knockouts in 41 fights with a KO% of about 61%. However, Floyd Jr's last real KO came in 1999 and Manny's came in 2009. Say what you want about Floyd's fighting style, Manny is still the harder puncher. I know last week Taylor announced on his Twitter page that he is still a part of the “Super Six“ tournament and he still is going to fight on. But after the impressive win by Ward and solid showings from Abraham, Dirrell and Froch, I just don’t to see where Taylor has chance to rebound to win the tournament. Taylor either risks getting himself seriously hurt (more so against Abraham) or he's living in a fantasy world. I can't think of one reasonable scenario against any of the boxers in the tournament where Taylor will be successful.

I've been following Felix Sturm ever since he got robbed by De La Hoya. When will he get to face Abraham or Pavlik to unify the middleweight title? Don't you guys want to see a unification tournement to finally clean-up the division they way Hopkins did in 2001?

I've seen Sturm's name mentioned a few times as a viable candidate to face Pavlik but it appears he doesn't get the respect he should. I know part of the reason is because he needs to get his ass out of Europe and face some legitimate 160 pounders. I think Sturm is stuck "between a rock and a hard place" because 1...his style might not be exciting, 2...Not a money making draw, 3...most of the top middle weights avoid him like the plague. Sturm is a solid fighter and would give most of the 168lb ,160 lbs and 154lb problems. Tell me why he doesn't he deserve a legitimate shot with some of the top contenders?

Name your candidate and explain why. I'm going with ODLH for his pitiful performance against Pac and his cockiness for thinking he was going to destroy a guy.

A fight between Kessler and Taylor would be an interesting match-up. Kessler's straight forward approach, power and solid chin would give Taylor a run for his money. In the end, the outcome would be the same as Pavlik/Taylor...too much pressure and power from Kessler would end the fight with a late TKO. I know this is not a money making fight for the masses, but I believe true fight fans would welcome this bout.

I was looking ay another boxing site and thier rankings had PAC ranked # 5 behind Calzaghe, Hopkins, Vasquez & JMM. What is it going to take for Manny to be universally recognized as the undisputed P4P king? In other words, who would he need to beat to take the crown?

Give credit to anyone who has the guts to step into the ring. That's something you hear all the time when fighters talk about their peers. It's a matter of respect. Right now there doesn't seem to be that same respect stuff swirling around Oscar De La Hoya as he prepares to take on the smaller Manny Pacquiao. If all the predictions are correct and ODLH beats Pacquiao, what does the Golden Boy gain from this fight? Don't get me wrong, Pac Man is a great fighter and I know he is going to fight his heart out. But In almost every physical category, ODH has the advantage. From weight, strength, height and power...Manny seems to be out gunned. Bottom-line...if ODH wins, does it help or hurt his legacy?

Is there a sanctioning body, magazine or any other boxing anaylst/expert that accuratly depicts the top 10 fighters in each division or P4P list? I use to have faith in Ring Magazine, but after seeing thier top 10 for the light weight division, I don't know who else to turn to for the truth outside of my "gut" feeling. I was reviewing the top contenders and champions in the division and I don't see any stand-out stars that could revive the popularity of the division. I mean think about it...who in the divsion could sell-out a major venue or bring high PPV numbers similar to what Tyson did in the late eighties and early nineties?
