Fraud never held all four belts at the same time. He also never fought Manny when Manny was at his absolute best. That's why, again, Fraud never cleaned out a division.
Fraud Cherrypicker, OK boxer, stupid fanbase.
He would've mopped Manny in his prime. Then you would hear the same "oh cause Floyd's a bigger fighter" excuse that you hear now.
You have to fight good fighters and dominate them to be a great "eye test" fighter imo and Crawford has never done that. Crawford doesn't pass the great "eye test" even against all of his cherry picks. I have seen better "eye test" fighters get exposed when they stepped up in competition.
Inactive and blown up Gamboa put him on queer street. Gun shot victim Jose Bumavidez took rounds off Crawford until his bum leg gave out. Washed up glass jaw Amir Khan needed low blowed to stop him. Eurobum Mean Machine dropped him. Washed up weight drained quitter Brook damn near closed his eye before he quit in just a few rounds. "Eye test" doe . Some people need to see an eye doctor for sure :dunno:
Floyd has him #1 P4P. Andre Ward the same. His resume is weak but the ability is there.
How is this a surprise?
Great White hopes sell BIG TIME.
Jake Paul doesn't fit that stereotype at all and is seen more as a "villain". He sells cause he's got a massive following and knows how to stay relevant.
You say Pac legit lost to Horn and in the same sentence say Floyd didnt lose to JLC or Maidana 1.
Stop it boy
He clearly beat Maidana twice, his only real controversial loss is JLC who he beat in a rematch. All of Floyd's "close" fights aren't close at all (ODLH, Maidana, Manny). Not sure why you would even try to spin losses when that's one category that Floyd has Manny beat.
Canelo going down as one of the ATG, but will be hard to surpass Floyd unless he takes on a gauntlet. Plant, then Bivol, then back down for Benavidez/Charlo maybe. Otherwise who does he have left? Nobody interesting in that division and Beterbiev will be pushing 40. I don't think he's the better fighter at 31, but he's bigger than Floyd at the same age due to more fights and having fought the biggest guys in the division (name-wise).
Boxers pre 1980s just aren't on the same level athletically as ones in the modern era. Better nutrition, superior coaching, much better technique with boxers these days.
You really failed here. In boxing, people with vast knowledge in boxing like these great boxers, commentators and boxing analysts can see through Floyd smoke screen. Floyd let down the boxing fans when he told us his health is more important than facing dangerous opponents. So did his his series of fighs against circus clowns and youtubers To gain something great you have to put your life on the line. People naturally hated him for claiming he is TBE while hiding his momma skirt.
Anyway, it doesn't matter what we say about Pac or Floyd but these great boxers, well known boxing historians, commentators and analysts what matter the most.
Basically every retired pro fighter predicted Floyd to beat Manny, and most have Floyd over Manny in terms of legacy. Boxing historians who've never stepped inside the ring don't count. So not sure whose "vast knowledge" you're referring to. Making up opinions that don't exist nice
Give me these opponents that are legit wins for Canelo where no crippling of them beforehand went on, or they weren't ripped off on the cards? Should be easy right if Canelo is legit?
And don't be naming shot fighters or midgets that are clearly smaller than him either.
Here's a better question. Which boxer in the 154-168 weight classes right now could confidently hand Canelo his second loss? Answer: nobody.
There's nobody in the 160-168 weight range that will beat Canelo atm. Plant and Benavidez probably have the best shot. Even then it'd be a long shot. His technique/skill (whatever you want to call it) is clearly ahead of everyone else's by a country mile. He's gotta move up to 175 to find someone who can give him a run for his money.
It's you who i should be asking in what confuses you about my question. You replied to me disputing my post. So, which fighters did Canelo beat where he didn't cripple them beforehand and played a straight hand? It's a very clear question. But you seem to be having the same difficulty as all his other fanatical followers have. It isn't a hard question. When you answer, i'll be happy to answer any question you put my way.
No, you replied to me first. I said that Canelo haters are following the same footsteps as Floyd haters, where none of his opponents count. Past prime, weight drained, injured, every excuse in the book. Then you prove my point by saying all his opps were midgets/injured.
You're reacting to me so you answer first.
You're using deflection by asking me a question in answer to my question?
What is actually wrong with you people? Do you not know how to answer simple questions? Answer my question and don't be doing so by answering my question with a question. Then i'm happy to answer any question you put my way.
Yes what part of my question confuses you? You're asking who he's beat and I'm asking you who you genuinely think can beat him.
Canelo is quickly becoming the Floyd of this era. In that no matter what he does, ppl will try and diminish his legacy like steroids and ducking boxers who aren't on his level. Nov 6 will cement that.
