hes a reporter? therefore he asks questions, he doesnt clain to be an expert. Therefore when he says why is mayweather so dominant or, why do you like mayweather hes trying to get an understanding of the public for us viewers?? this video is a complete failure :wank:
That was in 2003 before the second Mosley fight. If Mayweather had fought De La Hoya then, he would have been beaten quite decisively.
what makes you so certain? Mosley beat De la hoya, then why not Mayweather?
Seen this earlier. I also agree. I think Shane takes it, but I am not so confident.
I really dont know, he struggled like hell with mayorga? Berto has 10 times the handspeed and boxing skills, could be a real classic.
Rewatching Trinindad-Oscar, in the second round Foreman comments that Trinidad is shocked by Oscar's shoulders and Larry is like "So?" "Why?" Might not sound like much but watch it and listen to the tone of his voice, he's like "George, what the **** are you on about?" haha :boxing:
only a fighter could understand this, George is talking sense, Larry doesn't understand. When you are in there with someone who is your weight but, has huge shoulders it gives the impression they are much stronger and bigger therefore numbing your confidence.
30's = Henry Armstrong
40's = Joe Louis/Willie Pep (to close to call)
50's = Sugar Ray Robinson
60's = Muhammad Ali
70's = Roberto Duran
80's = Mike Tyson
90's = Oscar De La hoya
00's = Manny Pacquiao/Floyd Mayweather (to close to call)
hes had a silver spoon (to a certain extent) in his mouth all his live, its only a matter of time he comes across somebody who has unbelievable heart and hunger, i wish him the best of luck and hopefully he'll be another name in boxing for us all to watch in the coming years but, boxing is the toughest sport in the world and there are so many intangibles such as hunger that come into play.
Yea defiantly. What really impresses me the most is: his shot placement, Ability to find gaps and open up opponents and probably the thing that impresses me the most is his hand speed and speed of his combination's. Just like Manny Steward said Mat is a complete fighter already basically, he just needs to gradually work up to those 12 round fights. He destroys Kelly Pavlik in the next 2 years without a doubt.
well if he is he is. Its his life, im sure he wouldn't change anything about his career, i suppose it comes with the territory when you are an elite legendary fighter, who's been in some wars and has been around the gym for 25+ years
So your saying he does this "fake personality" for 2 months at a time, 24 hours a day because 24/7 say hes a great guy and there with him a hell of a lot longer than any of us.
ok, untill someone shows me a video of him actually fighting then hes nothing but a movie star. I couldn't care less what people say regarding bruce lee and how great of a fighter he is because, they idolize him and are single minded. So show me a video of him displaying his skills and ill make my own mind up. LMAO at thinking some people believe actually believe he would destroy, Mike Tyson and Muhammad Ali its just laughable.
thats what i like to see! :boxing: A great fighter, i hope this does well for his sake and for boxing's in Russia which im sure it will as Europe (in particular) is the boxing capital of the world.
If true, you should be in a hospital for addiction.

No m8, he was putting everything into place for his professional career because, hes self promoted and self managed and owns KZ Event Productions, Inc. which he founded with his brother Chingis Shumenov in 2007 so i suppose this took a year or so to really put together. :boxing:
Hes far better than Gary and Michael. Jamies a top class European fight (European champion) Michael and Gary...well they did nothing and held that shitty WBU strap whereas Jamie is European champ and destroyed ex LMW world champ Michele Piccirillo.
Represented Kazak in the 2004 Olympics and was beaten in the second round by Ihsan Yildrim. Silver medalist in the 1-st Afro-Asian games in 2003, in India
he made some good points!? nothing really funny about it apart from the "Mayweather are you a boxer or marathon runer" obviously he doesn't understand the art of boxing but, hes entitled to his opinion.
Name me one fighter for Grand rapids who doesn't make room for there punches using an elbow, its a boxing technique that has been around since the original Joe walcott. Ricky didn't even come close to beating Mayweather get over it!
Im actually extremely gutted for ricky hatton, just imagine if he would have been born in the us or would have found his way to a gym that belongs to a very experianced and knowledgeable trainer he would be 100 times better than he is which is amazing. I see ricky as a waste of huge talent, he could have been something extremly special but thats life, he can still go on to fight in huge fights and hes accomplished amazing feats and whats more importnat hes extremely popular.
