Don't think it would've been a close fight. Mayweather would be on the defensive, most of the time, and just potshot. Even if Clottey chases him, I'd see Mayweather winning with ease.
what stupid statement lol
that was a scrawny one handed pacman also weight drained.
imagine what a two handed pacman at 147 wud do to a marquez?
imagine what cotto wud do to marquez
imagine what clottey wud do to marquez
Oh yeah cause Marquez is a natural welterweight... durrr.
Dirrell vs Abraham is the most important fight, to me.
Gamboa vs Barros will probably be on earlier in the day, so I can watch that too.
I'm hoping Guzman vs Funeka II comes on earlier than Dirrell vs Abraham, so I'll be able to watch it live.
At this point in Jones' career, I could see it happening. But I would be a bit surprised. Hopkins hasn't knocked out an opponent, since his fight with DLH.
Calzaghe for now. He dealt with speed well, had decent mvoement. Wrd beat Kessler better than Calzaghe indeed, but Kessler hasn't been the same.
Ward may be able to beat Calzaghe after a few more years.
I'm not talking about Calzaghe coming out of retirement. I'm talking about the Calzaghe from the late 90s/early 00's vs the current version of Ward.
Yes, I've lost respect for him.
He was basically trying to survive and not actually win the fight. I thought he would've at least tried to exchange more but he didn't. It ended up being a boring fight.
