Vic Darchinyan the ibf flyweight champ
24 fights 20kos his left hand is like a nuclear bomb
wait till you guys see him fight in the states.
defened his title the other nite here in OZ
STOPPING columbiam Jiar Jimminez in the 4th round
Yeah i saw one of his fights on msg or something, i was really impressed and i can't wait to see more but for now pac man is the man.
Yeah Vic is hoping to unify the division
but to be honest i think the other champs are going to keep clear of him.he and hussien hussien who is fighting
jorge arce soon are from the same gym trained by jeff fenech.
Im gonna go out on a limb here, the Arce Husein remath will be great to watch all over again. I think Husein wins by tko this time. Arce is the smaller fighter of the 2 not to mention these Husein brothers have brute strenth. Unless Husein is scared of that lil crazy mf Arce he can win this fight by tko. I will be cheering for Arce, I really like his determination and BALLS that he showed in their first fight.
I dont think hussy will be scared of him.hes been sweating
on this rematch.i belive hussien will win by tko in the
late rounds.but it its going to be a brutal fight by
both fighters.Hussy has been sparing stablemate the IBF
flyweight champ Vic Darchinion and if you think hussey has got
brute force wait till you get achance to see Vic fight. He is
a much bigger puncher than hussey or in fact any flyweight out there.
Wow. What a dynamite card Showtime is gonna have on their hands. That shit better be PPV.
Yeah its being shown on ppv here in oz.
would of been an injustice to aussie fight fans
if they didnt..
His dad is Chinese. His mother a Russian.
you are all wrong.
his grandfather was korean not chinease.
his dad was born in russia as was his mother.
his grandfather miagrated to russia.
Jorge Arce said he wants to fight Rosendo Álvarez y Pongsaklek Wonjongkam at flyweight after Hussein then he wants to move up to super flyweight and says he has the height, and physical proportions to hold more than his own against Kawashima and Fernando Montiel.
I never seen Kawashima fight... but ive seen Montiel and he is really good.. who do you guys think wins this fight?
why dont he challenge IBF champ Vic Darchiniyon from australia.
to be honest i dont think any flyweight would handle Vics
punching power.
I'm a fan of boxing... I just started watching it a few months ago... I always wondered.... What is the difference between WBA WBC IBF and WBO??? Is a WBA champ better than a WBO champ??
they should revert back to the days of 1 champ in each weight division.
that way you would know whos really the best..
ya.............legit threat to Barrera. Trust me I KNOW tis doo (Peden) won't last 2 rounds gainst Pacman. I've got ma shyt locked homie. Know LOOOOOOT bout Pacman mo than you'd eva know bout all the boxers you have knowledege of combined. I can tell you all of Pac's opponents' name alphabetically and what round Pac disposed of em and what punch he landed last befo droppin em.......ON THE TOP OF MA HEAD! I practically speak Pacman everywhere 24/7 ;)
That bein said..............Peden would get destroyed in 2 even if Pac tied his hands around his back and blindfolded. nyahahaha.
You broght Nate Campbell on tis fuckin discussion?! WTF?! Pac would demolish his ass in 30 seconds, Rakiatgym style.
Barrera won't beat Pacman in ta rematch becuz there will be no rematch. Unless Pac becomes a mandatory fo ta title. Barrera really loves fightin mandatories nowadays, no matta how shitty opponents are.Well then you should remember his fight
with skinny Hussien back in the phillipines. When your Pacman was dropped in the late rounds and had one of those home town long
counts 15-20secs when you watch the replay. If it wasnt in his backyard he would be what he is today cos he wouldnt of got those
other fights.cmon you shoud recall that fight.
If my memory serves me correctly, he sued his "then" manager for not including a rematch clause in the contract.. However he lost the court case and it cost him $4,000,000.
Anorak... I'm 98% sure I'm right on this one...
nah your wrong .it was becouse kostya wanted to change managers
but was still contracted to his existing manager.they settled it out in court .ended up costing kostya 7 million.
Nedal Hussien is a dangerous body puncher.
The majority of his KOs have come via a body punch.
i know against Larios he didnt open up at all
but Larios did admit that he was tagged by a body
punch in that fight that was one of the hardest hits he has taken
hope one day he will show his true potential
he says he tries to fight like hamed....he doesn't have the power to mimick that style, Zuniga was too gun shy... hes good with awesome conditioning but to me hes no world beater.
DO you think hes good enought to win a world title
Wow did someone actually say that the win was bullshit besides me? the world must be coming to an end.
thank you, although i only blame it on nady, judah could have gone on and beat him easily that night.
i dont think he was to young.
you have to be joking.no point blaming nady
blame it on the fact that he couldnt take the punch.
and if u think he could of recovered and win that fight you must be smokin some good weed maan..
:D :D :D
let me see if I've got this right.............
From a single blow, zab feels numerous trips to the mat, looks like poultry with it's head cut off whilst falling over and over, and somehow Kostya is ducking him?
Zab is responsible for putting his head where it was, kostya's fist found it, game over. Nothing about that fight to me would warrant a 2nd fight.
I think a larger case could be made for a kostya/mitchell 3 than a kostya/zab 2, at least mitchell didn't flounder around when he got caught.
why would u rather see KT fight Mitchell again.
he was totaly destroyed in the last fight even though kostya
hadnt fought in almost 2years.thats why mitchell moved up a
DIVISION after that fight.there have been a few of Tyzsus
victims move up in weight after being beaten by him.
this fight is all b/s and just for money...........
they'll make sure there is some controversy in order to set up a rematch and more bucks.....if its in melbourne, i'll be going!
yeh im pretty sure it will be in melbourne.mundine is fighting on the same card as green in perth soon.
i really expected this result as i knew danny would still be emotionally scarred from the first fight, thus disabling him from being able to worry about getting on with it....this I think is why he was very cautious about getting close to beyer and he was probably thinking too much instead of doing the normal thing.........credit to beyer for doing what he had to do to win a points decision.......
however, danny's lack of long distance fight experience was what prevented him from knocking out beyer in the last round...it was evident that danny didn't have the energy in him.
once again credit to beyer, but i still rate danny as a better fighter......he will fight anyone, anywhere, and unfortunately this can't be said about beyer.
a great performance by big Bob battering Timo Hoffman too.......good luck to mundine vs kessler.....and good seeing that all the Aussie boxers seem willing to go anywhere to fight anyone......i.e green, mundine, tszyu, briggs, darchinyan, hamdan, hussein, etc....you aussies are great.
how did hamden go in his fight do you know
believe it or not guys, i had my money on beyer............green demolished him in the last fight,,,,and i knew that the rematch wouldn't be the same..............plus i know danny wouldn't be able to control his emotions in such an anticipated bout.
the pts decision was pretty much fair......but viewers shall no that beyer ran a lot and didn't get many shots in.....danny just didn't do enough until the last round.
beyer fought a smart fight.counter punched well and landed
some nice body shots.danny was dissapointing.just didnt fight
with the agression we know he fights with.credit to beyer he
fought a very smart fight and deserved the decision.i being an aussie thought the judges we a bit kind to danny i had him winning 4 rounds out of twelve...
The 2 hussien brothers,IBF Flyweight champ Vic Darchinyion,Paul briggs,Danny Green,Anthony Mundine,,Sam Soliman,Lovmore Ndou,Robiie Pedan.Some good up and commers Daniel Geale,Michael Katsiddis..
besides Tszyu I really don't know anyone that is worth talking about. Hey, what about that doo that fought Corrales, Gary St Clair Valentine. Nice name! Heard he spars wit Tszyu quite often.Yeah St Clair is a very classy boxer its just that he lacks a good ko punch.Any way Mundine fights for the WBA super middle title next month as does PAUL BRIGS for the WBC light heavy title. As for Vic Darchinyion he will shortly unfiy the flyweight division cant see many in that weight handling his punching power..
yeah and i read some where here in australia the ibf flyweight champ
vic darchinyon is going over to challenge arce for a fight.now that would be a great fight .
tyszu in his prime was deadly finisher.
once he had hurt you he would finish you off.
examples,mitchell,chavez,judah,hurtado
another one is current flyweight champ vic darchiniyon.
just watch on friday and u will see wat i mean
i remember the fight with fenech was at it.fenech totaly smashed him, greg kept running for 5 rounds.didnt want to exchange with fenech.fenech put him under too much pressure from the first round, then it was just survival from then.i belive richardson was to small at super bantamweight plus fenech was a ruthless animal.i remember another good american who went the distance with fenech ,jerome coffee now that was a good close fight.also fenechs fight with steve mc crory ,who was olympic gold medalist at the 84 olympics.if people dont know fenech was robbed at the quater finals when the judges gave him the fight on ponits only to have it turned around by the officials.so it was like sweet revenge for fenech
I agree tszyu gave him a hiding .plus tszyu v chavez.chavez was used a punching bag that nite.was it chavezs first time ever knocked down in that fight imnot to sure, but he did cop one hell of a beating.
That's not a beating. It was an easy win, but to me, a beating implies that the guy was brutalised.
And 1-2 round blowouts to me are just that... blowouts, not so much one sided beatings.
For this reason, Tszyu vs Miguel Gonzales is my choice. They were considered pretty even going in, with Tszyu maybe a slight favourite. But he absolutely caned MAGO over 10 rounds. It was a sustained beating.
I've never seen a fighter age so much during a fight.
