Here in south america, there is not a big fan base of boxing (in contrast to argentina probably), but i think the people only recognize the figure of pacquiao, like the face of this sport. In places where boxing dont generate too much interest, the excitement that brings a fighter becomes the first thing that people appreciate and support.
Greetings from Chile.
Low numbers, but only in USA . On espn latinoamerica, they say that the fight had 26 million of people viewers in México, over the Canelo-Angulo (20 million ) and Chavez-Vera II (15 million).
A lot of people saw the fight, Also, here in Chile, the return of pacman was very comented in general, and here the sport of boxing is very irrelevant. Pacquiao is still the face of boxing, but he need more things to surpass the million ppvs in USA (better undercards, or popular contenders)
PD: how many millions of people, corresponds 1 millon ppv buys in USA ?
I know, depends of a lot of factors, but anyone knows a general aproximation in numbers?.
Let`s no forget the performance of Malignaggi with Cano. Malignaggi is smart and have a good jab, but for me, Maidana is in other level. A performance like Maidana did in the broner fight is enough to beat Paulie i think.
El Chino en 10 rounds.:boxing:
How do I listen to past shows?

In that link, look at the section "past episodes"...
Those are episodes hosted by "Golovkin". I don't know if the last episodes were recorded.
Competitive fight. I'm a fan of both fighters but I think that Cotto will win the decision.
Canelo like always, is gonna be tired after eight rounds. The better footwork and cold mind from Cotto will help him to take the victory.

This is a good one too! at 1:28 . Pac vs Cotto...
Here is the video of that uppercut from Lewis...

Of Course Cotto is a better boxer than Canelo, but I don't think Cotto is going to try to box Canelo. With all the hype, I think he fears disappointment. Therefore Cotto will fight stupidly and lose.
I think that recently Cotto has fought with more intelligence than Alvarez. Canelo is the guy that need a solid performance.
I like both fighters, but in my opinion this is a 60/40 fight, in favor of Miguel.
I'm still undecided.
The Khan-Alexander fight is more intriguing. But, ¿what if Bradley fights Chavez "toe to toe" like he did with Provo ? That could be a good fight too!
Interesting. How very like real life.
Is this NSB's detention camp for anyone who supports a Muslim of Pakistani heritage?
'Cause if it was solely about inane threads surely Pacquiao and Mayweather would have had their own solo sticky threads a very long time ago?
I mean Khan threads have got to be pushing what? . . . 2% comparatively?
Now I'm not suggesting that those responsible have done this consciously, but there's quite a striking parallel.
For me anyway.
The Khan's army has went too far this year, Ram-Raid. This has been a bad year for boxing, but at least this month seems to be cool, with pretty good fights. Let's talk about Hopkins vs Kovalev and Pacquiao vs Algieri, instead of keep discussing on how popular is Amir Khan on twitter. :boxing:
I sympathize with Khan, but I'm done with all his threads.
