Thomas Hauser
So Bob Bennett said nothing was wrong with what Floyd did nor was any NSAC or WADA rules violated. USADA said no rules were in violation with regards to Floyd and his IV usage or his request for TUE.
Will Thomas Hauser write a retraction of said accusations or apologize for the slander that he bestowed upon the USADA and Floyd Mayweather? Can he give an explanation as to why he left out that USADA rep was present for the IV application by request from Floyd? and that Floyd was tested before and after the IV was administered?
Or is he going to say nothing like before and come up with something else?
Actually we dont now who did. I know the the "online news" source Mlive that keeps referencing anonymous sources said a RN did but I have never once seen this RN in any 24/7. The story that a nurse gave him an IV is the first time there has ever been any claim of an RN being part of Floyd's team.
Maybe the nurse isn't apart of Floyd team but a nurse who works for medical home service. I believe they call it Home Health.
Possibly. My guess is Floyd, once he decided he was going to request an IV, figured there was no way he would be refused.
Its fair to ask why would he have such hubris and disregard for the rules when dealing with an independent gov't agency. Its also fair to point out that he pays them and its hard to see them saying no to him.
His actions make him look bad but do not establish guilt.
If I tell you I'm going to do something and for you to come witness me do it to make sure I adhere to your rules regardless if I pay or not...how is it that I look bad...if anything I look compliant and willing to cooperate.
Memo and ariza didn't administer the IV, a nurse did.
Why did he move forward with the IV whebefore approval-he's Floyd and does what he wants. He shouldn't have done this and should be held accountable for getting an IV before it was approved.
what is the punishment for that?
The USADA rep probably told him it was go and would be approved. Based on the fact that they were notified before the fact and asked to witness the administering of the IV. And he was tested thoroughly thru camp and before and after the IV Was given. Looks like all basis covered.
LOL what an idiot! The question you should be asking is, why isn't NSAC, USADA and Froid going all out on suing Hauser's ass for defamation and libel charges if Hauser's article is false? Think about that for a second:wave:
And since you asked for explanation, I guess it's my turn to ask some explanations as well:
1) Why the need for 750ml?
2) Why did NSACs Bennett originally said that they are the only body in Nevada that can issue a TUE and that USADA did something wrong and broke the rules?
3) Why did Bennett suddenly did a complete 180 and brushed it off by simply saying Mayweather didn't do anything wrong because there was no prohibited drugs when in fact, the IV infusion was the subject in question, which was a PROHIBITED METHOD.
4) Why would Bennett say that there was no prohibited drugs when anyone with half-a-brain would realize that of course there woulnd't be drugs, because the IV was used to MASK and FLUSH OUT the drugs. Hence why IV infusion is a prohibited method.
5) Why is Bennett now denying Frank Mir the TUE and saying the same thing he originally said about the IV scandal? "The Nevada State Athletic Commission is the only body that can authorize a therapeutic use exemption in the state of Nevada."
6) Why does Froid insist on USADA as the drug testing agency?
7) Why does USADA charge so much for their service when their tests and methods are simplistic and inaaccurate compared to WADA?
8) Why does Froid pay USADA that much?
9) Why would Froid call it a deal-breaker on their supposed contract with Pac if Team Pac didn't agree with USADA?
10) Why did USADA took that long to inform both Team Pac and NSAC that there was a TUE request? Even when their fight contract states that both parties and NSAC should be informed within 24 hours?
11) Why is Froid the one to announce his fights? Take note that since no official fight was announced yet, he isn't being tested during this window of time.
12) There are more, but I guess I'll just cut it short and end it with this one last question: Why are Froid dick riders retarded? LMAO!
1. I guess you would have to ask the doctor or nurse that administered the IV unless you think Floyd prescribes his own medicines as well.
2. Because according to NSAC that is true. however and IV is not against NSAC rules and therefore a TUE would not be required for NSAC.
3. Again, an 750ml IV for rehydration is NOT against NSAC rules. It' is against WADA rules which is why a TUE was requested and granted.
4. Again you leave out that he was tested before the IV was administered and after and all test where passed. So this alleged flush is mute because he was tested before the IV. If you say he was flushing all along, then why request for USADA to witness the injection of the IV in the 1st place.
5. Isn't Adderall against NSAC rules? I believe the answer is yes and the reason why the TUE was denied. however an IV injection is not against NSAC rules.
6. Because he believes it to be the best and it used in The Olympics with which he participated in previously.
7. Not true. USADA is WADA and they all use the same test.
8. Because that is what they charge.
9. Because he thinks USADA is the best - gold standard
10. I believe the contract stated that they would report TUE granted in 24 hours not requested in 24 hours.
11. Because he is the man and in full control. A general in and out of the ring.
12. Get the hate out of your eyes! You can't see!
Rumor put forward by some source called Mlive, i also assume you meant negative. Prior to this Mlive citing all these anonymous sources no one had ever heard of Mlive. Did it occur to you that making up some **** on a national news story is a great way for an unheard of website to get clicks?
Absolutely not fact. The granting of a TUE does not mean he didn't take PEDs.
Bob Bennett went on national Tv and said no rules were violated. Is Bob Bennett and the NSAC your source of truth or not?

Mlive is a certified Michigan newspaper. It's not just some internet site. It is tied to almost all the major newspapers in Michigan. MLive is very reliable
Weight doesn't have a damn thing to do with hydration. It doesn't take a genius to figure that one out!
It's pointless....these *******s are going full retarded!
fLOYD WOULD KILL THAT DUDE, HELL GUZMAN WOULD BOX HIS SOCKS OFF. BUT WITH THAT SAID, IF ARUM COULD COME UP WITH 25 M, THEN U NEVER KNOW. BUT FLOYD DESTROYS PACMAN 10 OUT 10 TIMES!
If it anything, they should have let Hatton get up and get KOed alas Roy Jones. That check hook was the best Ko of the year. It should of won an Espy!!!
i DON'T THINK COTTO NEEDS TO PLANT HIS FEET AND SIT ON HIS PUNCHES MORE. I THIN HE NEEDS TO MIX IT UP MORE. HE NEEDS TO JAB MORE AND PUNCH WHILE FLEEING AND THAT WAY HE CAN STAY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING AND USE HIS GREATER TALENT IN HIS FAVOR. HE ALSO DIDN'T TIE UP WHEN IN TROUBLE. HE BASICALLY FOUGHT A DUMB FIGHT AND LOSSED IT MORE THAN MARGARITO WON IT.
COTTO JUST ISN'T AS MENTALLY STRONG AS I THOUGHT AND NOT VERY SMART OF A FIGHTER. HIS CONDITIONING DEFINITELY BETRAYED HIM AT THE WRONG TIME AND AGAINST A FINISHER TOO. I THINK THIS LOSS WILL HAVE MORE OF IMPACT THAN U THINK CRILLZ.....BUT WE'LL SEE IF HE BOUNCES BACK AND BECOMES A BOXER PUNCHER INSTEAD OF JUST A PUNCHER AND HOPEFULLY HE'LL PREPRARE FOR 12RDS AND NOT JUST KO LIKE HIS PREVIOUS FIGHTS.
you really think so? I don't know I just think that due to the obvious mistakes he made I think with a reformed game plan and a fresh crack at Tony I think he'll be better prepared to win.. the part I put in bold is my feelings about this whole ordeal wrapped in a nutshell, very well put accept I don't think he fought a dumb fight he just fought the wrong fight, see even with so many mistakes he was still making Tony's head jerk back every second, it was his fight to win all he had to do was Box correctly and stay off them ropes where the hardest punches landed. if he can do this then I smell a trilogy.. btw I don't think this will change Cotto, I think he gonna get stronger. he now knows his breaking point now so I think he'll be ready fight well enough not to reach it again. 100
the only reason why I say he was dumb because he didn't box. he counterpunched and really threw some bombs back when he got hit, but he circled maragrito in 1 direction all night and didn't punch to slow margarito pursuit when fleeing. everytime Cotto threw a punch he had set his feet. after 6 rds of beautiful hard shots and the guy still coming strong...u gotta atleast think i'm not going to KO this dude so i'm jab and score pts to get this win. At times in the fight I felt like Cotto actually thought he could hurt or would hurt him at any moment.
it;s so much easier to slip punches and counter in the middle of the ring and it wasn't like margarito was really forcing him to the ropes, a lot of times he was simply going to the ropes. i just thoguht he fought a dumb fight.
How Many Dominant Americans Have Their Been In The Divsions 106 Through 135?
How Many Have Even Been Black?
Which Fighter That Fits This Description Should He Have Faced?
I Don't Think He Just Said Black Or Even Just American. It Was More So Only Mexican...joan Guzman Is 1 That Comes To Mind That He Defintely Should Have Fought. Why Didn't He Fight Raheem? Will He Fight Nate Or Valero? These Are Some Questions Worth Asking. I Get Your Pt, But There Is Some Validty In What He Is Saying
why The Fuck Would He Fight Raheem?
Raheem Was At 135 You Fucking Moron. He Didn't Jump To 135 'til 3 Months Ago.
Barrera And Later Marquez Had The Wbc Belt At 130. What Fucking Belt Did Zahir Have?
So Instead Of Staying At 130 Waiting For A Chance At The 130 Belt You Want Him To Go After Zahir For No Belt?
the Money Is In Fighting Erik , Marco And Juan. The Prestige Is In Fighting Erik , Marco And Juan. The Interest (fan Wise) Is In Fighting Erik , Marco And Juan.
Why The Hell Would He Fight A Nobody Like Zahir Raheem?
Raheem Defeated Morales Before He Fought Pacman The 2nd Time. What Belt Did Morales Have The 2nd Fight? Raheem Had The Lw . Title At The Time. I Agree With That Last Part Though, No Doubt.
By arum saying things like "guzman is a runner" and other mundane statements it gives justification as to why he shouldnt fight him. I think that guys like Guzman make for a bad schooling of someone of pacs style and because of his nature to outbox as opposed to slugging it out, i think thats a fight where there is no possible way for pacman to look good. Guzman is the ONE fighter i think pacman has very little chance against, because Guzman has already shown, against good competition, that it takes alot just to get to him and even more to intimidate him.
But yet Pacman is our #1 fighter....a guy that can't even box but slugg. Do you mean to tell me our #1 fighter doesn't have the IQ or ability to cut off the ring and beat a slickster. This is our #1...WTF!!!
no Not Really. To Me To Generalize The Way This Guy Did Really Calls Into Question Whether He Is A Fan Of Boxing Or Just A Fan Of A Certain Fighter. To Say They All Fight The Same General Way Is Short Sighting The Opponents Manny Faced.
To Say All Mexicans Fight The Same Way Is A Generalization, But Is It True? Exception Of Marquez, What Other Style Of Fighter Has He Faced?
Has Pacman Faced A Fighter Who Can Counterpunch With Him And Quicker Or Just As Quick Laterally As Him. Can Hit Harder Than Him? Has He Faced A Fighter Who Was Bigger Than Him?
a Big Lol. Pac Has Been The One Who Moved Up In Weight All The Time. After Beating The Best At 122, He Moved Up And Took On The Best At 126 In Marco And Beat Him To A Pulp. How Can U Complain? Faced Jmm A Couple Fights Later And Move Up To 130 To Face The Bigger Em. Who Else Did That, Took On The 3 Best In Those Division In More Than A Year Only? And At 135, Took On The Bulkier And Bigger Diaz.
The Only Ones I See Agreeing W/ This Article Are Pbf Nuthuggers And Xcaret, Mayansun And Ferocity
Didn't He Weigh More Than All Of Them On The Night Of The Fight. Just Because He Moved Up In Weight Doesn't Mean He Was The Smaller Man Or Else Oscar Would Have Been The Smaller Man In Most Of His Fights. U Really Think David Diaz Was Bigger Than Pacman...u See That Fight?
a Terrible Article. Not Worthy Of Wiping My Ass With. No Surprise This Was Something Published On Shitsideboxing
Lol. It Is A Lil Biased And Kinda Picking On Pacman, But He Got Point When He Says Pacman Always Follows Up Not So Great Performances With A Whitewashes. Has He Ever Taken An Immediate Rematch? Also Pacman Seems To Only Face Mexican Fighters Who I Must Admit Do All Have Similar Styles. Even Though I Think Marquez Is A Hella Of A Boxer.
U Gotta Admit There Some Truth To What He Says...atleast Worthy Of Tlaking About?
why Is Their Validity? It's Not Like Guzman Has Been Waiting In The Wings Forever For A Fight With Manny He Has Barely Been A Title Hold Since 2006. In That Time Span Manny Fought Morales Twice Along With Jmm And Barrera Rematches. Sorry To Say But While Guzman Was Making A Name For Himself Manny Was In Big Money High Profile Fights. Is He A Viable Option Now? Maybe, Imo He Has To Get Past Campbell In Order To Make A Claim.
Also If This Writer Calls Into Question The Choice Of Opponent Manny Is Making Shouldn't He Also Highly Question The Resume Of Floyd In His Ascent And Retention Of His P4p #1 Status?
Pacman Could Have Fought Raheem Instead Fighting Morales For The 2nd Time, But He Wanted To Get Revenge. Cool, I'm Ok With That. Instead Of Fighting Morales For Third Time, He Could Fought Guzman. The Barrera Rematch Shouldn't Have Happened. He Should Have Fought Jmm At That Time.
And I Believe This Article Was About Manny And His Greatness, Not Floyd. There Are Plenty Of Articles Criticizing And Defending Floyd's P4p Status. Not So Many For Pacman
the Problem Is That This Thread Is Made By You. Let Me Repeat That, This Thread Is Made By You. I Am More Than Confident That You Are A Floyd Mayweather Fan Or That He Is Your Favorite Fighter. So For You To Make A Thread Where You Agree That Pacquiao Has Only Faced Certain Fighters Because It Was A More Lucrative Or Easier Path And Criticize Him For Doing So, Well, That Would Be Like A Catholic Priest Preaching Against Molesting Children. You Are In No Position To Fee Like Your Opinion Will Be Considered When You Wont Admit To Your Favorite Fighters Most Unpopular Decisions.
I Made No Sugesstions On Whether It Was Easier Or Harder Or More Or Less Lucrative. The Author Was Critical...i'm Questioning What The Author Said And Considering It. It Appears That A Lot Fighters Had Some Similar Styles Of Fighting. Morales And Barrera Were Great Fighters, But Not So Great When He Beat Them. Why Did He Never Give Immediate Rematches? Why Hasn't He Fought Someone Bigger Than Him Or Simply A Complete Boxer With Defense And Handspeed?
All Seriousness, I Dont Have Real Problem With Pacman Resume And Who He Should Have Fought. But I'm Starting To Think Horus Had A Point About The Double Standard....
Pacman Must Be Vetted In The Same Way And Criticized Just As Harshly As A Floyd Mayweather, Bernard Hopkins, Or Roy Jones Jr. Truth Be Told He Cant Compare To None Of Those Fighters. He Is Good Fighter, But He Isn't Legendary Atleast Not Yet.
There Is Validity In Questioning Why Didn't He Rematch Jmm Immediately ( I Know Tua, U Pointed Out He Turned It Down And Raheem Did Have A Belt Which Was Won When He Fought Morales I Believe, I Think It Was Vacant) Why He Didn't Fight Raheem, Why He Hasn't Even Mentioned Nate Or Guzman Or Juan Diaz For That Matter. Which I Think He Beats Them All With Guzman Being A Challenge For Him. He Considered #1, He Deserves The Same Pressure As All The Others. I Don't Want To See Him Fight Small And Overmatched Diaz Or Soto. Fight The Winner Of Guzman/campbell Pacman...afterall U Gotta Prove Your The Best P4p
You don't even read the shit you post?
Why didn't Floyd fight a prime welterweight? How come he didn't fight Margarito? Cotto? Will he fight Williams or Clottey?
I don't get what you're saying because its a crock of shit.
U LEFT OFF THIS PART
it must be stated, has beaten no top American fighters and has squared off with no pure boxers; in particular, "Black" fighters--Latin, African, or American. Names that immediately come to mind are Joan Guzman, Nate Campbell, Joel Casamayor, Zahir Raheem
no You're Not Or Else You Wouldn't Have Mentioned It Now.....twice.
You Really Reaaaaaallly Think Manny Was Going To Fight Raheem Instead Erik?
Actually No He Couldn't Have. Joan First Off Fought In An Eliminator With Chato Jaregui For The Right To Face Barrios For The Wbo Strap On The Undcard Of Barrera Juarez Ii In Sept Of 2006. Manny Fought Erik The Third Time In 11/06. Couldn't Have Happened My Man. Also Take Into Account Guzman's Good Relationship With The Wbo And I Have No Doubt He Wanted To Fight For That Belt.
agree For The Most Part But Politics, Not Manny, Got Involved In This Remember? This Was The Fight That Brought Top Rank And Gbp Back Into Dealing With Each Other Again And For Gbp It Was A Great Way To Appease Barrera Who Had Been Unhappy With The Way He Felt He Was Treated During The Jmm Fight.
But Who Was The #1 Beforehand? So Can't We Use Mr Mayweather In Comparison Considering He Was Manny's Predecessor? I Mean Didn't We Do That To Mayweather In Comparison To Hopkins? Didn't We Question Hopkins Run Of Middleweight Nobodies Post Tito?
Cmon Man I Got To Believe You Are Better Than This.
I Remember That, But I Don't Care About The Politics. As A Fan He Should Have Fought Jmm. Yeah Floyd And Hopkins Were Vetted And Now So Shall Pacman!!!!!!
That statement says "I'm posturing for the big piece of the $$$." If we keep talking about it, then they must come. And when they come, the $$$ has to be worthwhile for me to give off the couch. Classic posturing!!!
He wouldn't say that. Pacman/Floyd makes more $$$ than Cotto or margarito. He may try and attempt some options on floyd to fight them in the future if he cont. to fight, but he would be a fool to try and make demands. Afterall he is a businessman and this is a huge $$$ fight, that he won't be able to make dough off like this again.
