I've read that Gatorade is better for hydration than water, but it's meant to be drunken after competing. Drinking Gatorade during a workout makes you more prone to cramping.
Plus boxers don't want the canvas to get sticky.

Respectable list there
these ukrainian teenie boppers are reminiscent of of the paqturds during the height of paqmania
both citing but he such a nice guy outside of the ring:rofl: as a reason for greatness
3rd world educations
Lol I always enjoyed your line when you said that you watch boxing to see the fighting. You don't watch it to find a husband. These guys care too much about how nice a boxer is outside of the ring.
Jeez mane, real slim pickings this weekend for boxing. I am a DSG fan especially during his prime, he should be retired its clear his heart has not been in this sport for a while. I'm rooting for Danny, but Gonzalez looks in great shape he looks powerful and compact. BTW this should be free on Youtube .
This is supposed to be Danny's farewell fight. He admitted that his heart isn't in boxing anymore.
Correct on everything, your post is the first I have heard about him in a while. Was Jared Anderson promoted by him? Not sure but someone tried to build a new black U.S HW, he just didn't have it though.
No that was Bob Arum and Top Rank who also don't have a current TV deal.
I think that does make a lot of sense. I don't think fans think that highly of either fighter. So them fighting each other can help gain them some credibility and a nice payday before they get destroyed by Boots.
Josh Taylor is coming back May 24 at welterweight. Maybe we could get Boots vs Taylor in the Fall, and then the winners of those fights get each other in the winter or 2026.

who bball fav today? Top Soviet Bivol?
It's still Errol. I'm ride or die. It's hard to like these young guys like Haney, Shakur, Teo, and Ryan. They're all a bunch of twitter warriors and divas.
Canelo deserves some credit here. When he's pressuring you, he keeps a very tight and versatile defense many times. There are some times he gets overly reliant on a high guard, but his defense is still good.
There were some rumors this was happening. I long expected it and it kind of makes sense. The money that they are paying these Fighters does not make sense. It's just not generating revenue or ratings or anything. The problem is is that boxing purses are too high and they need to come down substantially. Until promoters stop over paying these guys for no reason the sport cannot be fixed
Yeah I think that's a big reason why guys only fight once a year now. Good for them that they can earn so much from one fight, but now us fans don't get to see guys in the ring 3-4 times a year anymore. Careers move so damn slow nowadays.
He's ducking your post. :lol1:
I don't blame him because there's not much rationale in hating Bradley. The only legit reason I can see is him avoiding Khan and that was a business decision in order to set himself up for a more lucrative fight in Pacquiao
There were headbutts involved in the casamayor fight.
There were zero headbutts involved in the Pacquiao and Provodnikov fight. And Bradley lost them both. :lol1:, I think we figured out the formula why Bradley is "winning" all the time.
If Bradley can land his head on you, he got the fight in the pocket. If not, you're gonna get robbed by the judges.
which fights in particular do you think Bradley won because he headbutted his opponent?
Stop ducking
Stop headbutting
Stop robbing
Bradley has actually tweaked his style some and doesn't come in with his head as much anymore. You'd expect there to be a bunch against Pacquiao, but they didn't collide heads once.
Guillermo Rigondeaux and Carl Froch are no brainers. I'd still put Donaire ahead of him, though that's not a no brainer.
If Bradley's on there, it's 9th or 10th.
My p4p list
1. Floyd Mayweather
2. Juan Manuel Marquez
3. Andre Ward
4. Wladimir Klitschko
5. Guillermo Rigondeaux
6. Abner Mares
7. Sergio Martinez
8. Nonito Donaire
9. Carl Froch
10. Timothy Bradley
You can't name many guys who would rank ahead of Bradley.
So what you're trying to say is that since the Pacquiao fight, Bradley changed his fighting style so that he doesn't cut his opponents up with headbutts anymore?
Interestingly, Bradley never won a fight since the Pacquiao fight anymore. Hmmm... 1+1= 2
no even before that fight. He tweaked it after Alexander. He didn't have many headbutts vs Casamayor from what I remember even. I don't remember the fight very well though, so there could have been a few, but it'd be understandable since Casamayor was fouling like a mofo.
and I had Bradley losing to Pacquiao and beating Ruslan
Floyd would win a competitive, but wide decision over Margarito. Floyd would get a good workout in, but that's about it. Floyd could do what Cotto did on the back foot without getting tired and without getting hit as much. Floyd also knows how to clinch and limit a pressure fighter's output
