This it's really hard to choose between this and gatti as his top performance, but ndou brought that firepower and forced Floyd to go into that level his mind barely wanders, dude kept coming and u heard the thud on those shots... Gatti on the other hand just got his ass whooped...I put gatti at the top of my list due to the sheer perfection of that effort
I agree it's just that the Gatti fight goes without sayin'!!!...Of course...it's his best performance and all of our favorite one if we're being honest but I think like you said he made it look to damn easy...same with Diego...I wanted more rounds and a challenge for him...N'dou provided just that...tough enough to give us some rounds of him testing Floyd to make him go in his bag!!!...The 3 straight right hands en route to a KO did it for me...If we just excuse the gatti fight...it's the N'dou fight...that gatti fight was a whitewash...masterful masterpiece...perfection...too easy and too easy to pick...gatti had no chance!!!...
R I.P. Gatti!!!...
The N'dou fight!!!...

It was. Floyd also came to the ring the heaviest that I've seen him.
Those first 4 rounds were so lopsided, I thought Floyd was gonna stop Cotto late.
I love the atmosphere of the Hatton fight. The Brits really did it up that night. Hatton looked competitive, but Floyd was breaking him down the whole fight, piece by piece.
The Canelo fight was a master class.
He fought cotto like that because up until that point the belief was cotto was a chinny fighter and Mayweather was feeling strong and tried to chin him...once he seen cotto was high level and boxing and countering him while he was stalking, Mayweather readjusted to countering on the ropes...it was alot of sportsmanship and daps mid combos in this fight if you really watched. Cotto was a one time time when Floyd fought a actual A level fighter, and wanted to taste toe to toe, and he was smiling tasting blood enjoying every minute of being tested and getting out of cruise control...
One of my favorites Floyd matches...as a day 1 Floyd fan his top fights in this order
Floyd vs gatti
Floyd vs ndou
Floyd vs corrales
Floyd vs Mosley
Floyd vs Canelo
Floyd vs cotto
Floyd vs Maidana x2
Floyd vs corley
Floyd vs hatton
Floyd vs augustus
How long have you been watching the sport? Obviously not long enough for common sense to override hate, or do you have no idea about scoring? If it were scored, Logan was washed. Did you look at only 2 highlights or something? Haters are such close-minded individuals that it boggles my mind how they operate.
You make Maidana look like an ATG with the amount of success he had in that first fight.
The one against Logan Paul that he lost.

Oh the De La Hoya fight without a doubt. Prime Legend VS Past Prime Legend. Olympian VS Olympian. The Greatest lead up to a mega event ever with the 24/7 series and all that. The fight lived up to the hype IMO. I scored it 7-5 Mayweather in a better than averege Mayweather fight. A rematch would have been just as huge. Too bad that never happened but I get it, father time and whatnot.
I thought the fight vs Hatton was a masterful performance. Ricky tried to rough up Mayweather and got owned! That check left hook that sent him careening into the turnbuckle head-first and then on his ass was hilarious! :lol1:
I also liked his fight vs Guerrero. Floyd popped him all night, but the Ghost could hardly lay a glove on him. Mayweather said during the interview that it was like he knew which punch Robert would throw before he threw it. That was some real Matrix shit!
Probably Cotto. Cotto is also proof that the money may/pretty boy dichotomy is mostly bull. "Money May" stood right in front of him and ****** it out for the whole night. That was a conscious decision.

I lol'd in real life

manny played with a scared hand and hung his head in shame after the fight

L after L after L after L.....
....but your crush put on a clinic though....
'Pretty Boy' outboxes Baldomir in clinical fashion
Pound-for-pound king "Pretty Boy" Floyd Mayweather toyed with Carlos Baldomir to win the world welterweight championship Saturday night in a fight devoid of drama because Mayweather dominated so thoroughly.
Maybe Mayweather should have fought with one arm tied behind his back? It might have made Saturday night's fight a little more interesting.
Many in the crowd of 9,427 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center left before the fight ended because the result was so obvious.
"I hurt my right in the middle of the fight, around the sixth round," Mayweather said. "This is not the same pain I felt before, so I don't really know what happened to it. I just went out there and put on a boxing clinic. I feel like down the stretch I would've got the knockout, but I hurt my hand.
excuses excuses
