Lennox/Vitali was the best heavyweight scrap of the last 15 years. At the time of the stoppage, Vitali was up on points, but his face was cut up as bad as I've seen. Lewis showed true championship balls by taking Klitschko on two weeks notice. Lennox is rightfully known as the last man to officially be undisputed heavyweight champion of the world and " baddest man on the planet". If Lewis retired because he thought the only fight left for him at that time(vitaly), would be hell to go through and wasn't worth the damage he'd receive at his age, he's smart.
Great money making fight for both guys. Haye is making more from this than he would versus K2. Fight as a 6-1 fav, or 4-1 dog, roughly same money, smart choice. Ortiz has no hope against Floyd, this is his easiest fight since Brusseles. Khan/Ortiz could go either way, I like that fight very much. If Amir had any chin and 12 rounds of stamina under pressure he would easily beat Vic, but he doesn't. I also never rated Berto that high, so I take Vics win for what it was, a career best against good competition. I also believe if Maidana ever fights either of these guys again, Marcos gets demolished. Nobody expects Maidana to take the shots he does. Marquez was amazing last night. He executed flawless defense and counter punching in the face of the best offensive fighter maybe ever. Personally I don't want a fourth fight. Cabellero, a unified champion, has done everthing imaginable to get Juanma in the ring. Let face it, dudes a killer and should be avoided. He will destroy Litzau, and call Juanma out again. Honestly, Floyd ,Shane ,Juan ,Berto,Cotto,Bradley/Alexander, Martinez, Williams, I like em all better than the last couple farces. Manny fights twice a year, no soft touches, other than doing business with Murderito, i have no criticism.
