Fighting a Pinoy! I observed that Cristian Mijares was an intelligent fighter with precise punches. Not to mention that he would want to go to law school while in his boxing career. That makes him more admirable! Nevertheless, I would still want to see him come face to face with a Pinoy boxer such as Nonito Donaire or Z Gorres perhaps. Huh! That would be awesome to watch!!!!

Hope he gets matched up with Donaire!!! He needs to taste a Pinoy fist somehow... Darchinyan, would be a thrilling fight too. Hey you promoters out there. What cha waiting for...

Although Cristian Mijares is not on the list, I'd vote for him because of his skills, intelligance and HUMILITY. Larios bec he is one humble fighter too.

One of my favorite Divisons. I dont know why people dislike them. All of their fights are amazing. Fights like this make your day when your main event blows Munoz-Castillo on the pacman-morales2 was great Aha. Actually one of my favorite divisions too. I'm amused of these slick fighters. They're quick and you can expect more action from them...

Mijares is going to be king of the division. He is P4P one of the most skilled boxers today. AS for VIC he is done I think. This is going to be hammed all over again. well let's see about that mate, mijares hasnt tasted a pinoy fist ever in his boxing career. but on the other hand, i agree that mijares is not only skilled but he uses his brains to punch! way to go...

Mexico got it real bad in the recent World Cup with a 5-1 spanking from Philippine boxers. i guess my mexican brothers (and sisters including hecky) would always claim they have the better boxers all around, i guess theyre too many :ugh: so lets narrow down the list to just 5... I'd say 1. Mijares 2. Barrera 3. Morales 4. Marquez 5. Arce

actually yeah MAB came from an upscale family upbringing(for mexico's standards). his father designed movie/tv sets. mab was even fittin to go to law school all paid by his parents before he took on boxing obviously Yep i heard about that too...MAB supposedly going to Law School. Impressive. So it meant that he had college education bec to be able to enter law school, you should have pre-law studies first. That's admirable. Incidentaly, I heard Cristian Mijares is also planning to go to law school. How true is that? Well hope he'd do that. You know...boxing is not a lifetime career.

What was the best K.O of the year? (so far) I'd go for the 1. Donaire-Darchinyan fight because it was so unexpected. And it was truly a hard one. Followed by: 2. Penalosa-Gonzales fight-all through out the rounds Penalosa was pityful. He couldn't even get close to the long and slender Gonzales. But one body shot made a BIG difference and the rest was history!
