Top 5 Mexican Boxers Today

Mexico got it real bad in the recent World Cup with a 5-1 spanking from Philippine boxers. i guess my mexican brothers (and sisters including hecky) would always claim they have the better boxers all around, i guess theyre too many :ugh: so lets narrow down the list to just 5... I'd say 1. Mijares 2. Barrera 3. Morales 4. Marquez 5. Arce

i agree with your lsit except Montiel, Montiel is a bum, a 40 year old guy with 5 losses was outclaassing him with defense alone.... he was fucking lucky that guy had no chin..... I don't think Montiel is a bum at all. I don't mean to talk crap, but anyone that calls a professional fighter a bum is messed up, especially the ones who have never boxed themselves. Without knowing your background, I can't comment on you specifically. Still, Montiel is world title holder and a very skilled boxer. Even the great ones have bad days when the supposed easy opponent gives them all they can handle. "Cochulito" Monitel is still one of my favorites.

here's a simple one: PACQUIAO > ALL OF MEXICO and this is debatable, post prime morales gave pacquiao all he could handle 2 fghts even with unstable legs.....

In no particular order: Juan Manuel Marquez Rafael Marquez Israel Vasquez Cristian Mijares Marco Antonio Barrera Others: Humberto Soto, Hugo Cazares (I hope his ass makes weight), Fernando Montiel and Martin Castillo. These are the best "boxers" from Mexico currently IMO. last time I checked, De Leon beat Penalosa by throwing a million punches... Id say the Marquez Brothers, Juan, Barrera, and Vazquez. Mijares is close behind, and Arce out to still be up there. Soto might get quite highly rated if he can take care of Guzman, as well. you got a nice top 5....
