Bro Pac's only legit wins at WW are Bradley, who was not proven in the weight class, and Cotto. This dude fought Clottey a nobody coming off a loss to Cotto. Remember when Mosley was about to fight Margarito and they asked Roach about Pac fighting Marg and they said, 'Not unless he looks bad against Shane' Then Shane won and begged them for a fight. They would not fight him so Floyd fought him and everyone said he was old. Then Pac cherrypicked him after he loses to Floyd.
He should have fought Berto because at a time Berto was number 3 behind him. Instead he fought Shane and Margarito when Margarito was washed up and coming off a bad loss, handwrapping scandal, and a long lay off. He ducked JMM for several years, then cherrypcked him when he was fat, old, and slow and got outboxed by him.
Then they calculated the risk with Bradley. Sure Bradley was in his prime, but he was a small non dangerous guy who couldnt really hurt Pac, and Pac had fits with him.
Pac's whole resume at ww and higher is a whole farce.
Now Floyd has BLATANTLY fought the absolute best at golden boy who OWNED the ww division, at the time he fought them. But everytime he fought them, people LIED and said, "Oh he is fighting him because he is old, or young, or because he sees a weakness" If thats how you feel thats your opinion, but whats a FACT is that they were the best at the time, and he fought them all without no hesitation. Its just crazy how well he has been doing(despite ducking Pac) and no one gave him credit. This dude fought all these different styles and didnt get GRAZED. Changes his style COMPLETELY for any fighter, and you all just put it off as bum fights. No fighter is this sharp and versitile.
Floyd BLATANTLY ducked Pac but that is ONE fighter. He spent his whole career trying to get money fights with Oscar and Gatti, and he went DIRECTLY to them both. And haters accused him of ducking ten to twenty fighters who were in between. Thats not fair.
He DID duck Pac but that is one fighter. Pac didnt want to fight Berto, Shane, JMM, they DUCKED Floyd in those first negotiations.
Pac jumped up in weight classes to chase money fights, and NEVER did you hear me accuse him of ducking Humberto Soto, Diaz etc. All these fighters. Because if we DID, it would seem as if he ducked WAAAAY more fighters.
Pac has been taking calculated risk and being worshipped as a hero. While Floyd has been BLATANTLY fighting the absolute best in the division, and being labled a cherrypicker. Bro Ortiz, Mosley, Canelo, Ghost, JMM SHIET all over Pac's WHOLE ww resume. And Floyd fought JMM coming off a 2 year layoff. Pac waited till this man got old and fat and LOST, then got KO'd That KO is APART of his legacy. Being KO'd by a cherrypick, is APART of his legacy to me.
Pac is not his own boss, he doesn't not choose who he fights. He fights whoever they put in front of him. Like I said previously if you want to call someone a ducker, it would be arum or roach
