I like Canelo but truley I really don't know if he's that good as his hype....he has shaky wins over trout & lara & got schooled by Mayweather. ...the only good win was a weight drained rusty Kirkland ...the other 40 fights where against bums or shot fighters....this fight vs Cotto will tell us a lot about Canelo....thoughts?

I've noticed boxing ain't as popular as it used to be in Mexico.My little cousins from Mexico don't like boxing at all....boxing is still a popular sport among Mexicans but it is slowly decreasing...I've also noticed boxing is way more popular among Chicanos born in the USA compared to 'real' Mexicans living in Mexico....

I've always watched boxing casually as a kid growing up in a Mexican household....my Uncle watched boxing every other Chavez Jr fight when he was coming up back in 2006-2008 but the fights that made me fall in love with boxing was the Margarito vs Cotto 1 fight....so much drama in that fight ever since then I've been hooked whaching boxing every Saturday Night...... FYI My uncle was a big Chavez Sr fan so explain why he would always watch Chavez Jr..

I've started going to the boxing gym for the past 2 weeks & been a hardcore boxing fan for 2 years now......I've recently started sparring..I'm barley starting to get my Grove aka a boxing style .....I started with the peek a boo style but it didn't like it for me...I got hit to much which I don't like....since then I've started fight defensively ...my trainer says I fight scared now lol....I want to emulate my favorite boxer Guillermo Rigondeaux but with more sneaky left hooks to the body.....thoughts ....any suggestions. ....any experiences.... how to stay relaxed while sparring. ...my trainer says I looked to stiff from my back ????any tips.....FYI my trainer(some dude that works at the gym) is not that good so I'm kinda self teaching my self....
