No. I think their are far to many dangerous opponents for him at 168. I think he should stay at middleweight for now after last nights performance! It looks me the bigger the puncher the bigger the chance of Paul getting his ass whooped. He was lucky that Martinez wasn't a big puncher because those were some huge shots! His defense is really lacking and if does move up then he must make great improvements before he steps up...
A good article, floyd deserves a little more credit then he does get.

but was kimbo hurt? that's the real question, what i dont like about mma is how you can lovetap a guy when he's offbalance or(in big country roy nelsons example) just sit on them and touch them and the fight will be stopped
I dont think Kimbo was that hurt but he wasn't going to get back up anytime soon because Seth could have easily went all out punching for another minute, by then the punishment substained would have been worse if the Ref didn't step in. Kimbo is a good streetfighter but if he goes 1 on 1 with some MMA guy that is the same size or so i think Kimbo would get his ass whooped everytime! Dont get me wrong, im not knocking Kimbo cause he can fight but he has nothing else to his game then stand up and it's showed up untill now.
It depends on the type of situation going down but other than that MMA is pretty useless unless you've got a fair 1 on 1 fight.
I do believe Karate is very effective in street fights though, i knew some guy who made quick work of 3 guys with a few chops, and KO'd them in brutal fashion. Karate has to one of most effective martial arts when streetfighting if anything..
Look at Kimbo, this guy was supposely the real deal untill he got hit ass whooped by a half descent MMA fighter. If you trade with him your probably going to get brutalized, however if you take him down it's good night for Kimbo because he has no ground game what so ever, he can only use his hands. He had no idea what to do once he hit the deck!
