I hope that this fight with kabayel happens. He's the best in line right now and has a style that could give usyk a lot of problems.
After that, the winner should face the up incoming Itauma.
The best moment in boxing in the last few years, for me, has been when DDD turned AJ's lights off. Even if the ref tryed his best to make AJ restore his strength.
That totally defined AJ in boxing.
Imo one of the worst "champions" ever, especially in how he managed his fights.
I'd like to see him vs Richart Torrez Jr, who did very good against Vianello and can be a definitive test before going up against Wardley/Dubois winner.
Why can't Whyte be an option for Wilder? Oh sorry, I forgot. Wilder is terrified of him too. Haha.
Whyte has been ko'd by aj already and wilder has a stronger punch. Rivas is a better boxer imo.
If Whyte beats Rivas, which is what he'll do, will you be of the opinion that he deserves a shot?
You think power is all it takes to win a fight? You know nothing about history then. I'll point you in the direction of the "Knock out King" Randell Baily. He wiped out bums with his power. When he stepped up, he got his shlt pushed in. Just like Fury did to Wilder even though he was at the worst period of his career. That is the only proven fighter Wilder has been in the ring with. And he lost.
Wilder will lose again when he stops running like the coward he is.
I didn't mean this! I also think Fury is the best hw boxer today. And I never said that power is everything.
But...I think that if a boxer has been ko'd by Joshua, then most likely he can be ko'd by Wilder, who's less skilled overall, but more powerful, faster and unpredictable...
The only fighter winning against Wilder in 6-7 out of 10 matches is Fury, imo.
Rivas has never been ko'd and looks like a good fighter (I saw a couple of his latest bouts). I prefer him vs Whyte.
Of course, if Whyte wins, a match vs wilder should be done.
I hope Rivas beats Whyte and becomes an option for Wilder. He's much smaller, but has good boxing skills and is faster than most of these giants (but Fury).
Vitali was better than his brother. If it wasnt for the cut he would have beaten Lewis which imo is among the best boxers ever.
Fury is extremly good technically and could perhaps frustrate Vitali. So it's either ko for Vitali or points for Fury.
Wilder is likely on to a dead end, especially if he fights Fury again (and most probably loses). I see him retiring after a second loss. Unless aj loses too and they make the bout to renew interest in themselves.
If they ever fight, the best chance for aj would be fighting like he did vs Klitschko. If he does like he did vs ruiz (both matches) he goes ko.
Wallin is no Schwarz. He can actually boxe. He's more like a younger Pianeta, if we want to stay at Fury's past opponents.
Nevertheless Fury is on a totally different level and should dominate.
I don't expect a ko, or at least not an early one. Rather, a UD.
Ps. Fury had a better look in the Schwarz match, I mean a better physique.
Joke right? Ortiz actually can box. Ngannou can`t.
Just because Fury struggled with him doesn`t mean that Wilder would struggle.
I'm not sure. Ortiz of course has more skills, but Ngannou was able to avoid punches and counter when needed. Fury was moving all around him and looking for holes but couldn't find any. That was impressive.
I still think that Ngannou loses vs most skilled fighters (eg Usyk, Sanchez, possibly Ruiz) but is very solid and can be a challenge for most, including AJ.
I have huge respect for Wilder, he's a warrior and is gifted. But Fury...I doubt Wilder can really ko him now that Fury had time to recover and reset himself. Plus, he now knows how Wilder hits.
Lol, Fury dominated and frustrated Chisora in both their matches...in a way thaat nobody did.
Whyte won vs Chisora, but...the first time it was almost a draw. The second...Chisora was rocking him, till the ko.
No way Whyte can beat Fury.
I don't understand qll this buzz about ruiz's weight. He was overweigh in the first match, he's even more overweigh now...who cares, as long as he can move faster than aj and resist to his blows?
It's not that 20 pounds change the way he boxes (for a guy who was already 260!). I mean...20 pounds are a huge lot for a person weighting 180, but NOT for a person weighting 260!
Fury is the finest boxer in the hw division right now and, as I ever stated, among the best of all times. At his size, no one could move like he does. And technically he is superior to Joyce so a comparison is difficult.
For sure fury would frustrate Dubois at this stage. But Joyce? Can he outbox Dubois? Probably so, but can he avoid his big blows?
Joyce has a strong body and punch, but he is slow. He probably can't compete with most top hw boxers.
He's a bit like Dubois, but slower. Gorman is better than both.
But Josh has likely improved since loss. So if you beat the improved version it's even greater than.ruiz win over josh.
The only thing he improved is his running ability...
Considering that matchroom will finally be out of the equation, if Tyson is not redired for good, the fight will be straightforward to make, involving reasonsale ppl.
