TYSON FURY has been helping cousin Nathan Gorman prepare to stop Daniel Dubois' rise to the top of the heavyweight division. Dubois, 21, will face compatriot Gorman for the vacant British title on July 13 at the O2 in London. Click Here To Read More]
I’m not sure it will be the same because AJ was much better than Whyte at the time and there was only one possible outcome to that fight. This is really intriguing to me. I really hope the loser does well enough to encourage other fighters to risk their 0
No. There were other outcomes possible. As in, Whyte wobbled Joshua and had him almost going.
AJ gets props for taking the risk. Too bad Wilder is so risk averse
Those tips aren't gonna mean much because he lacks the physical abilities of Tyson Fury. The so-called Gypsy King will have no choice but to watch helplessly as his cousin is trapped in there for twelve long rounds with Dynamite Danny.
I think I agree with you. But I respect Gorman for taking this fights anyway.

Dillian came out of the AJ fight with his rep enhanced, even though he got ktfo, because he actually did better than most fans expected, and went down swinging.
Looking at it that way, Gorman could enhance his reputation with a good losing performance, because most fans seem to be favouring Dubois to win. Any kind of loss would be a set back for Dubois though, even a close one on points.
But whatever happens, they are both young enough to regroup and come back.
You know what, they could be well matched enough for him to get away with a trick like that.
I hope it turns out like AJ vs Whyte at the same stage of their careers though. That was a terrific fight!

Definitely applaud Warren for making this fight, never thought he would. I know am one of the people who thought he wouldn't, but maybe the signing of Joyce helped but all in all am glad.
I reckon frank is cooking up a draw result with this one

"With Fury, Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder refusing to make deals to face each other at the top, it is refreshing to see these two young fighters going for it at their age."
Absolutely!
Respect to both guys and to their promoter, Frank Warren, for giving us this great match so early in their careers instead of taking the usual route for promising young fighters - protect the 0 at all costs till a big money offer comes along.
Eddie Hearn did the same thing with AJ and Whyte at the same stage in their careers and it worked out well for the fans and for both fighters, even the one who got ktfo!
I hope this is as good a fight and works out equally well for both Daniel and Nathan, whoever comes out on top.
