A bloodied Tyson Fury beat the previously undefeated Otto Wallin on an unanimous points decision after overcoming a significant early double-cut above his eye in Las Vegas. The 31-year-old, who finished the fight with his white shorts stained pink, sustained a large gash above his eyebrow and a smaller one in his eyelid in the third round and a constant trickle of blood troubled him for the remainder of the bout. So you're saying a C-level fighter was able to bloody and brutally cut the man that beat the man (Lineal champion), but an A-level couldn't do the same against the champion of ONE org? How does that work? I mean are you checking what you write? Because it doesn't make sense, bro.
So either
(A) Ortiz is NOT an A-level - and is being overrated. OR
(B) Wallin is better than a C-level and isn't being given due credit.
So which is it?
Just because of Wilder's power? Really?
I mean did we not learn from Calslappy/Lacy?
Ortiz and Wallin have nothing to do with each other! but if they fought.. Ortiz KO's Wallin in one round!
Fury was on peds when he fought Wilder.. But couldn't get his Ped cycle right for the Wallin camp!
Wilder is outboxed by most until that right hand lands.. So yeah.. Just because of Wilders power and ring I.Q!
If you can only see out of one eye, it affects your depth perception. If your depth perception is impaired in a boxing match, you’re gonna miss punches you should’ve landed and get hit with punches you should’ve avoided. Fury’s performance here shouldn’t be regarded too critically.
You didn't answer the very straightforward question, bro.
IF Ortiz rocks Wilder like Wallin rocked Fury...will you still believe what you believe? Or will you recant and call it a 50/50 fight?
I did answer it! Ortiz is way better, technical and skilled than wallin.. so what he does can never be on the same scale as what wallin did to fury.. Wallin is a C level fighter.. Ortiz is A level!! but if Ortiz beats Wilder up like wallin beat up fury.. It will make the fight closer, but never 50/50 bc Wilder has thanos glove. and to be clear.. no one in the division is good enough to survive for twelve rounds.. Fury included. Soo Fury will never be 50/50 fight.. 70-30. The person with the best chance vs Wilder is Joyce.
Hahahaa who else could deserve it more. A nobody busted him up bad. Fury won't be ready for Feb 22, watch. That cuts gonna to take a 100 days to heal, at best would be my guess . Does it even seem like Fury wants a Wilder fight @ this point??? Guess we'll see. Fury done everything he could to avoid a rematch up to this point. Wilder has done everything to make the rematch. So Fury not looking much like the lineal champ he often speaks of. Kind of delusional. He wants everyone to believe he's the lineal champ and has the lineal title but fights Tom Swartz and (Otto), (chuckle) comes out all busted up, not sure how that fits into the lineal title picture. Look at wilder last 4 opponents and then look at Fury's. Fury took that money and sold his soul along the way.what
Excatly.. What kinda mandatories are otto wallin an tom schwarz! Lol. Lineal titles has a wierd ranking system! How can u win the lineal title.. Then get busted for Peds.. Blame it on coke and depression.. Get fat, an out of the ring for 2 and a half years.. Lose a hundred stones.. Then Come back an still have your lineal title??? Lmao!
How did seferi seferi get a shot? Lmao.
And for those saying Ortiz would stop Wallin in a round...maybe but probably not. Wallin doesn't have any big name wins on his resume but the only one on Ortiz's resume is Bryant Jennings. Ortiz is skilled but he's also labored to win against guys like Malik Scott....he's no bogeyman.
It's weird that cats seem to be openly rooting against Fury healing in time to make the February fight. I'm pretty ambivalent on Fury, Wilder, AJ and Ruiz but I'd certainly like to see them fight each other. I'd think boxing fans or even fans of these fighters would be hoping for the fights to be made as opposed to not being made. Oh well.
How dare you to put Wallin and Ortiz in the same sentence! Wallin is a bum! Just like Fury! Ortiz Will KO wallin in one round![/QUOTE
That ain't gonna happen
He looked like a fricking idiot calling Wilder a bum while his eye was hanging out of his eye socket
Not really, he dominated and Wilder has struggled with many so called bums.
Fury will never forget Mexican independence day. The old Mexican gods demanded blood. He gave them a river, they should be happy.
And he proved his worth as a demi god of boxing and the boxing gods look down favorably upon him.
Fury is the Achilles of boxing. The Goku of boxing. The HW Locche. Sweet Pea in Goliaths body. Floyd has passed the torch of greatness.
If Ruiz beats AJ then you can expect an all undisputed heavyweight fight between Ruiz and Wilder for all the belts!
Fury cuts won’t heal in time for February fight against the hardest hitting fighter in the sport and he likely would want a tune up!
Wilder vs Ruiz jr incoming!!!
Not likely. Ruiz -Joshua winner fights Pulev.
The cuts will be healed, but I don't think that the rematch takes place in February.
A fight of that magnitude would be better off set in place on May, Mexican holiday. Wilder and Fury can be pretend Mexicans and show them a good time. Long as Wilder comes out okay against Ortiz then we will all be fine. Ain't no bigger fight in 2020 to be made.
