41 is not that old for a boxer. Hopkins was 46 and still dominating. Foreman won his second title at 45. imo welterweight. I think Proksa is 5'8" and he's a middleweight, which is rare for someone that height Cotto is 5'7'' at light middleweight. I agree tho, lightweight, super lightweight and welterweight would be optimal divisions for a 5'8 guy. Only if he's naturally that weight class and doesn't need to cut weight of course.

A lot of people will disagree but accomplishments count more than opinions. Now go cry a river. If we point out the number of won titles, Haye wins close, if we point out the number of title defenses, Vitali wins by a wide margin. You can twist statistics to look favorable for somebody, but the poll result tell the truth, IMO.

ANYBODY who saw Deontay Wilder in the olympics then in his early pro fights would have to know he was atleat 5 years away from anything meaningful atleast anybody with a boxing eye. I think Sergio going to Germany for Sturm is worthwhile. Sturm can actually fill up a stadium. I makes perfect sense for Sturm to stay in Germany if he's fighting infront of these crowds. Martinez is not really known in Germany.

So? Almost everyone Sturm fights isn't known in Germany. Martinez would probably lose a good amount of PPV income if the fight was to be on an afternoon instead of night in America.
