Are you trolling or what?
Vitali was injured FOUR TIMES in 9 months prior to retiring and avoiding Rahman.
What's more suspicious?
A former Steroid Cheat who was CAUGHT during the Olympics going on to have a career of Ped-Related injuries
Or
Bernard Hopkins- Gym Rat team dedication ... fighting into his late 30's 40's ?
So first it's Vitali is not old because he took 4 years off, now it's he's on steroids because he's still going strong with 41 years and the 4 years layoff doesn't matter.
Lmao.
41 is not that old for a boxer.
Hopkins was 46 and still dominating. Foreman won his second title at 45.
Vitali will be scared into retirement by former cruiserweight David Haye
So you make the claim that 41 is not old and then name two old boxers who were still successful. Two. That actually shows that boxers being succesful at old age is rather the exception than the rule, which is quite contrary to your theory.
Am I the only one who thought the cout was BS?
Wth it was just 1 knockdown and he got right back up. Wlads been down way longer than that and they always let him continue. FIC was in.
It wasn't about how fast he got up. He was sleep walking after standing up, that was the reason for the stoppage.
I'm not hating on Wlad or anything. I just think he should avoid a tall power puncher like Wilder since his defense lately requires laying on his opponent.
Povetkin would get dropped the second he tries that arms out bum rushing he did tonight
"Wlad should avoid Wilder", lol, what a big freakin joke. Only because the guy is tall and has a perfect record against bums Americans are already taking him for the next great heavyweight. Just for you to know, Wlad did beat Thompson, who has a longer reach than him, and is a better boxer than Wilder.
Draw between Vitali and Holyfield.
Also, why does Joeyzagz refuse to answer my question about the brothers' ATG heavyweight status? He's losing credibility.
Mitchell or Arreola.
Exactly this. Arreola has proven himself more so far recently coming off an impressive KO victory but I'm a huge fan of Mitchell, can't wait til he fights again on April 28.
I can't believe all this hate on Mitchell for him getting into trouble once in a fight. It's like what Roy Jones said in a recent radio interview, not everybody can win all the time (and he actually won that fight), but he can learn from this experience and come back and improve. This was the first time he was rocked, and IMO he did pretty good.
NO! Do not put Seth Mitchell in the ring with a Klitschko yet. Not a good idea.
Mitchell vs. Arreola would probably be dynamite. If last night was any indication though, Arreola would bomb him out quick.
He was rocked once. It was the first time in his career he got hurt, and he is said to have an immense learning curve, so let's see what he will learn from this fight. Don't write him off.
I just can't get into Seth Mitchell. He's way too easy to hit, and just doesn't jump out with anything special except for he can punch.
He isn't going to win a title, sorry, it's never happening. He's too easy to hit, and Witherspoon had his out on his feet in that first round, though Mitchell did recover and stop Witherspoon in the 3rd though.
You can't know that. After the brothers retire and the titles split, you'll never know what fighters will be holding one of the belts and if Mitchell can't beat him. Also, Mitchell is still improving and didn't look bad tonight.
Just like the Germans to use chemical warfare isn't that against the Geneva Protocal Huck should be arrested and tried for crimes against aginst humanity This is an outrage!!
The Germans didn't do chemical warfare in WWII, they did in WWI but in WWI everyone used chemical weapons, it was legal back then.
Why are guys like Adamek and Chambers even allowed in the Heavyweight Divison? They wouldnt even cut it in the 1920's division let alone the steroid fueld era of today.
You ridicule yourself more and more with every of your posts.
imo welterweight.
I think Proksa is 5'8" and he's a middleweight, which is rare for someone that height
Cotto is 5'7'' at light middleweight.
I agree tho, lightweight, super lightweight and welterweight would be optimal divisions for a 5'8 guy. Only if he's naturally that weight class and doesn't need to cut weight of course.
Haye
WBC, WBA, WBO Cruiserweight titles
WBA Heavyweight title
Vitali
2x WBC, WBO Heavyweight titles
Haye's just ahead judging by accomplishments. A lot of people will disagree but accomplishments count more than opinions.
Now go cry a river.
If we point out the number of won titles, Haye wins close, if we point out the number of title defenses, Vitali wins by a wide margin.
You can twist statistics to look favorable for somebody, but the poll result tell the truth, IMO.
He had 2 fights scheduled and cancelled both because of training injuries. Now he's thinking about going down to cruiserweight which is an excellent idea for him.
ANYBODY who saw Deontay Wilder in the olympics then in his early pro fights would have to know he was atleat 5 years away from anything meaningful atleast anybody with a boxing eye.
He is currently a bit more than 3 years in and he has shown improvement, so get back to me in a couple years and I will tell you something about him until then it doesn't matter and making assumuptions about him is pointless.
To be anything they needed to take the slow road with him, so where he is is just fine and who hypes him please~
Oh and the last dude he fought went to sleep, not a fat guy falling over genuine to sleep so dude can punch.
What do you say about Mitchell then? I think he's a great prospect.
I think Sergio going to Germany for Sturm is worthwhile. Sturm can actually fill up a stadium. I makes perfect sense for Sturm to stay in Germany if he's fighting infront of these crowds.
Martinez is not really known in Germany.
So? Almost everyone Sturm fights isn't known in Germany.
Martinez would probably lose a good amount of PPV income if the fight was to be on an afternoon instead of night in America.
The guy who started this thread should read my thread of interviewing Karl the GREAT GERMAN CHAMPION. Who himself bashed Klithsckos. Bashed by one of the German heroes who's country K2 is using. lol Fuking foreigners
They're loved and respected by most of them, like it or not.
