He will probably rematch Rico and will be in proper shape and if I had to bet Usyk takes care of him by mid rounds. He should retire then if he chooses to take the rematch, Id like to see him bow out now because I dont think he can handle these younger guys coming up due to his age. He hangs around he will catch a beating.
We are at the end for Usyk. He probably didnt train properly and didnt take Rico seriously but Usyk is at the end of the line either way. He may have one really good performance left in him but I doubt it although I think if they rematch he will handle Rico fairly handily. He has been battling huge guys for years and eventually it will wear you down and the fact he is almost 40 years old adds to it. He should retire honestly, this was a black eye for boxing and really should have never happened. I dont understand why it happened at all.
Man, Haney just doesnt have any killer in him. Its rinse and repeat in almost every fight. Jab, hug and avoid anything that would resemble an entertaining boxing match.
Probably too much money too early and alchohol/drugs. Its a real shame too, they reminded me a of Terry Norris a bit early on. I guess they are in their mid 30s now and have let some real promise slip away.
Usyk should retire imo nothing more to prove. no one is interested in seeing him stop Dubois again.
I agree with you. He has beat everyone that matters in this era aside from Wilder and that wont be a knock on him. He is an all timer in my opinion now but I dont think he will retire.
First time Ive watched Shields fight. I was expecting more to be honest but that may be because she is in there with a huge woman. The two minute rounds bother me in womens boxing. You would get a lot more stoppages if they had another minute a round to work.
