Floyd may have fought some less than stellar opponents in the last few years, but he ain't a b*tch n*gga. My reaction was of surprise. But I did tell everyone in attendance that if he don't take Floyd out now, he's finished...and that's exactly what happened. To be honest, he looked more hurt from the Corely punch than Mosley's right hand, but that's just my opinion.

Corley hurt Floyd more then anybody.
I agree, though I will say this. I have no doubt Floyd had his poker face on when he got hit with those shots from Shane. I think he was genuinely hurt but hid it very well (maybe except for his legs). But the Corely shot to me visibly just seemed to hurt Floyd more just based on his body language.
That'll be one hell of a fight! I still kinda favor Gamboa, but Garcia is heading his way. I expect a more competitive fight than the Juan Ma fight in which I thought Juan Ma would get slaughtered in against Gamboa.
I sure do believe Team Mayweather over Team lying azz Arum and Pacquiao. Mayweather has been consistent and so has his associates, Arum, Roach, Pac, these motherfuvkers have been caught lying throughout the entire process. So again I answer YES I believe Floyd over Team lying azz Arum and Pacquiao.
At least you're admitting your bias, that's sometimes all that needs to be said. And I'd balk at calling Mayweather and his team "consistent", unless Floyd's employer Ross Greenberg is a complete liar.
Let's not get carried away now. We ain't seeing that Floyd anymore and Ortiz is in much better shape and more skilled than Gatti was at that point. Let's keep it down to Earth a lil.
According to Uncle Bob Pacquiao aims to outdo Mayweather so how exactly do you outdo Mayweather if you are not outselling him in PPV's?
But if you think Arum is God Damn liar, what the f*ck difference does it make what he says if you're going to discredit the sh*t anyway? It's like you're looking for an excuse just to complain about nothing.
Full OST and the fight happens, that is nothing but a fact, the truth as evidenced with Mosley and now Ortiz. Take the test is all ***** Azz Pacquiao got to do.
If Pacquiao and his team are saying they accepted the drug tests in public and Floyd still doesn't want the fight, you being a Mayweather fan first, you're going to believe Floyd when he says "...that ain't true", right? But from a Pacquiao fan's perspective, they're going to tell you "Floyd is ducking Manny!". You're gonna be biased first because you got loyalty towards Floyd, so what makes what you say the truth and not Pacquiao fans? Again, unless you're in the negotiations and you yourself know exactly what's been presented to both Floyd and Manny, you're assuming just like everyone else on both ends of the spectrum. Another question you can ask yourself is why are people willingly taking fights with Pacquiao for w/out testing if he's this "known" cheater? You don't think it's the same reason this kid Ortiz will take OST, AIDS, Chemo therapy, etc tests to fight Mayweather?
Even the Margarito that fought Pacquiao would give Ortiz problems. Nothing Ortiz would land would stop or drop Margarito. Ortiz's confidence would be in the sh*thole.
Floyd ain't fightin no damn Martinez. He'll give you a million reasons why he won't. Berto makes no sense. Bradley brings nothing to the table except an undefeated record (that nobody cares about). That leaves khan who's got a big fan base without much risk and Floyd said he'd love to fight in England. There you go, a public massacre in the O2 Arena would be nice.
If Floyd rout's Ortiz, as many predict, May-Pac isn't going to happen, Arum wont take the risk, especially with OST in play. Every advantage Mayweather, Yeam Pac is trying hard to find some kind of way to diminish Floyd's advantages, hopefully that lawsuit will work out for them. :chomp:
You're too biased flower. Look at sh*t from both sides of the fence. Both teams are in fault for this god damn fight not happening. It's stupid to put the blame all on one guy or one promoter if you haven't been there in the negotiations. You're gonna be biased towards Floyd, so you're going to believe anything that n*gga says, the same goes for Pacquiao when Arum says some wild sh*t. Makes you no better than the next n*gga who's just trying to ride the tails of their favorite athlete.
****CENSORED. DO NOT USE THE N WORD HERE.
All these threads about which fight would you buy or which is better, I say screw all that, the public is going to let you know which fight and fighter they care about more. Mayweather-Ortiz is going to trounce Pac-Marquez in PPV sales, its only a question of how much will Arum lie about the numbers! Floyd-Ortiz is going to be huge, media, public, fans and haters are going to be all over it
How much of a discount did you get on the pom poms?
I dont think it will be tough at all to be honest. If Floyd magically lost all of his athletcism over night hed still be crafty and smart enough to pull BHOPS.
Ortiz, I love the guy but hes too easy to hit, doesnt lead with a jab and has a shaky chin. Floyd will seriously undress him.
Floyd and BHop are cut from a different cloth. Floyd's defense is great, but highly attributed from his reflexes and athleticism. Without his reflexes, trust me, his defense won't be nearly as effective.
I'd like to think Cotto is much better than Lamont Peterson and Marcos Maidana, but why give Cotto a shot at Mayweather? Because he's got 2 losses of course, and you can't have that anymore these days to get a credible and lucrative fight (wait, how many losses does Ortiz have again?). Would've been a better fight in 2008 when Floyd went on his 1st sabbatical, but as expected Ortiz' is gonna get blown up to being Floyd's toughest opponent in years thus making his win a huge accomplishment for Floyd. Don't get me wrong, I'm gonna watch the fight, I'm not one of these haters who wishes Floyd be broke as f*ck on the streets, but I can tell a lot of his fans here are bustin nuts simply because he's fighting again.
Tards are hilarious!! Before Floyd signed Tards claimed he was scared to face a young strong welter like Victor, Floyd signs and now Victor aint ****!! Wow Pactards! Just WOW!
What do you care what a pack of fans think about their favorite fighter? If you're a Floyd fan, what makes you any different than them when boasting Floyd? Ortiz is a good fight for Floyd, but as you may paint the imperfections of Pacquiao's opponents, are people not supposed to do that with Floyd's opponents in the same fashion? Especially someone like Vic Ortiz who's got a history of quitting and drawing against a much less skilled fighter than Floyd? I like this fight and I'll watch it, but Floyd ain't fighting the mother of all challenges homie. God damn.
at beating Old Shot Fighters!! I got to give him that, if you are past prime, delusional, and still trying to hang on to the memories, Manny P will F@ck U up!! I feel sorry for Marquez he fits the description and I personally think he is going to get hurt in this deceitful and mean spirited mismatch.
You are one god damn envious person. If you actually met Pac in person you'd be giving dude a reach around, and I can't even imagine if it were Floyd. Floyd may end up a rape victim.
Can u rephrase your comment, I dont speak Gay
Don't front like you're not obsessed with Pacquiao, Tom. I haven't been on this site long and I can already see you're envious as f*ck towards Pac's success along with being emotionally attached to anything Floyd does. That pretty much nails your career on this site.
Who gives a sh*t?
Just like my ass didn't pay and watch the God Damn Mayweather vs Marquez fight, I ain't buyin this sh*t either. Just don't watch the fight if it's that detrimental to your Sat night.
Cotto??? Why do you continue to bring up gay subject matter?? Dude you got to stop watching the Fresh Beat Band!
As I figured, no answer. Continue on with your Minstrel Show.
Whereas Pac gets high off his own supply
What exactly do you think Pacquiao is on and describe what has made him the fighter he is today. I'm as suspicious as anyone else, but without proof you look like the poor Cotto fans who still think Margarito cheated against him w/out any actual proof. Go ahead Tom, I await your analysis.
To be fair, both these n*ggas Floyd and Manny haven't been fighting the very best guys, so I don't see how the finger can be pointed at Pacquiao alone. Floyd himself hasn't been fighting spring chickens either and has fought two guys over the age of 35 in 2 of his last 3 fights which equate to the last 3 1/2 years.
No way that is a good business relationship. Arum will probably try and punish Donaire.
If getting punished means making 6 figures a fight, sign me up.
