What does it tell about you when: The p4p #3 and welterweight champion is old, past it (only after the fight is signed, before that he was ducking Mosley, a true welterweight lol), the p4p #2 is a tuneup and when facing the p4p #1 you are the favorite. Personally I favor Floyd against Pacquiao... he is that good, no matter what people say about Floyd outside the ring it is utter bullshit to disregard Floyd's extreme talent. He is a defensive master and very calculated in releasing his offense. Floyd is Prime, Pacquiao is still priming. Both Pacquiao and Floyd are dangerous to each others legacy... but in the end... we the fans are in a win-win situation, they are our fighters, don't look at the race or nationality. I think Floyd wouldve destroyed the Cotto that Pac fought. He wouldve boxed Clotteys head off. He wouldve beat Morales and Barerra easily. It goes both ways. fellas I prefer to watch Pacquaio any day and if someone retires I hope it's Mayweather after they fight because Pac's got that exciting style and, I feel, does more for the world of boxing than Mayweather. But I mean, if you had 200 million dollars to your name and you were forced to put it all on Pacquaio in Pac vs Mw, you would do it? It's almost a no-brainer. It's been asked over and over and the outcome is still the same. Floyd Mayweather is the better boxer of the two...definitely. Though Pacquiao was often times regarded as one dimensional he did what he had to do with his available skills through hard work and it has been rewarding all these years. I really believe Pac's natural fighting weight now is at 140lbs, but he proved that he can be as effective in 147 because he's faster than most guys in 147lbs today. Hatton beat a shot Castillo 5 hears later after fights with Lazcano, Casa, Diaz, Two Corralles fights, and a fight with Ngoudjo where Castillo looked terrible and got a gift decison. For those of you who think he will win (I'm not decided yet, I'll decide after their next fights). Surely at 130 Mayweather would have beaten Pacquiao who lost to Morales once and drew/won SD over Marquez. At 135? Pacquiao looked like a beast but he was only fighting David Diaz so it's hard to hell. 140 and 147 Pac beat up Hatton ODLH and Cotto but if you can finger point the moment Pac became good enough to beat Floyd let me know... His progression is so strange, haven't seen anything else like it in boxing. same here, I have not seen anything like it. And the image of him beating Cotto still makes me shrug my shoulders. He just got better at 135lbs, it's there when I saw that he was finally comfortable with his right hand. Too bad that fight was with the limited David Diaz. But still If you look at that fight in slow motion you can see the difference with the way he fights against JMM...or maybe that's because Diaz is also a southpaw. But it's really tough to compare Pac and Floyd. Pac is still in the learning process but Floyd is already a master. I can't see any boxer today as pure a boxer like Floyd, second to his skills I put Calderon. Manny on the other hand is something special too. Maybe it's his movements and speed...the way he uses that speed and the way he throws his punches in angles you never expect, like the way he caught and knocked Cotto. They are two different boxers. In a warrior kind of way Manny is better than Floyd because of courage and confidence that makes his fights worth watching because it's more exciting. But when it's about boxing skills Floyd Jr is a much better boxer than Pacquiao.

So Chico wasn't good? Dude was undefeated before he met Floyd. But Chico fights nothing like Pac. Pac got boxed by JMM and JMM defense was/is not as tight as Floyd's. Floyd schools Manny at that weight man. I did a thread and a poll on it and it was a LANDSLIDE, Floyd over Pac. True, but Chico was not the same Chico and everybody saw that. Did you know that Chico had to cut 18lbs to make the weight? Anyway, any boxer with a good chin and a great defense would have a chance to win against Chico.

i don't know if pacquiao is good enough to beat floyd. floyd could be a style mismatch for pacquiao (though you could say the opposite as well) i know when pacquiao's resume pased floyd's though and that was a couple years ago. I agree, Pac's southpaw stance and style plus speed as of today might present problems to Floyd Jr. Floyd's overall skill and fighting instict might give Pac a tough fight... a much tougher fight than JMM. We can never know, only retards here know for sure who wins.

Both boxers are skillful and fast. Both got power. Zab fought a lot of great oppositions at their prime than Khan. At experience level I think Zab pretty much can handle Khan, it's all about Zab's readiness and attitude during training. IMO, a focused/disciplined Zab can handle Khan without any problems.

Yeah, he stunned Pac in the 10 and didn't follow up. It was an ok fight same with JMM who stopped and just looked at Pac after he stunned Pac at the 3rd round of their second fight. Maybe they are surprised in the ring to see their opponent get stunned. A lot of fighters got instinct and easily follow-up after stunning their opponent, others get surprised that their punch landed flush and waits a bit to see if their opponent will fall to the canvass.
