fellas I prefer to watch Pacquaio any day and if someone retires I hope it's Mayweather after they fight because Pac's got that exciting style and, I feel, does more for the world of boxing than Mayweather. But I mean, if you had 200 million dollars to your name and you were forced to put it all on Pacquaio in Pac vs Mw, you would do it?
Because it's not a smart bet, a smart bet is Mayweather to win that fight, styles make fights and it is what it is... even though Pacquaio is better for boxing and I like watching him fight more than I like watching Mayweather fight, it is what it is
Well, the only reason I ever brought up the fact he's never been knocked down or hurt, was because .....he's never been knocked down or hurt....When he ate those single shots vs Judah and got off balance and caught himself on a glove I really don't consider that an equilibrium disrupting knockdown, like he wasn't on the canvas, you know?
From a betting man's perspective you could say he's never been down or hurt.
i was actually banking on how mw counters, how many different rhythms he can fight on opposed to pac's few and the fact that floyd's never been down or hurt. It's obvious that he's the better gamble if you approach it with a logical unbiased view.
zab judah.
only reason most people doubt pac could beat floyd are the following 3 reasons..
1) Floyd Fights Smart And Times His Punches
2) Floyd Has Good Defence
3) Floyd Is Undefeated...
apart from that i doubt he will remain undefeated forever..

manny throws faster combinations than zab but zab is faster than manny at throwing single shots and judah has better footwork than manny
If Zab is so good.. and better then Manny..
Why didnt Zab win vs Clottey and Cotto.. like Manny did??
that is also what i think.
lamotta beat robinson. pacquiao can beat mayweather.
if a gun was pointed at me though id say mayweather SD in a close as hell fight
i love sugar ray robinson but he did get hit more than he should have where as floyd gets hit about 5 times a fight
Floyd never fight anyone as fast as Manny :D
Manny will KO him

do i think manny can beat floyd?never in life
i'm on the fence. i know a smart bet is mayweather but there's just that factor of "how will mayweather respond to pac's offense?" cotto and clottey were good counter punchers, but how did they respond? cotto cowered and clottey was forced inside his shell the whole night. you just don't know how it will play out until they actually get in the ring.
i'd put my money on mayweather, but i wouldn't put my life savings on him.
Yeah you're right but a pac-pwill fight will be a killer fight.
I think i'm gonna sell my house just to see that fight live in person.
Nah. I'm not interested in this at all. PWill should be fighting at 54 and 60. He has no business at 47. Besides, Roach and Arum will veto that fight in a second. PWILL is a high risk/low reward for any fighter at 47.
The only reason I changed my mind and give Pac a good chance at winning is because of the Southpaw stance. Mannys a brilliant fighter, but I was picking Floyd 100%. The SP stance I say more than doubles his chances in the fight.
that is also what i think.

Pac could just aswell outwork Floyd to a decision.
They're not going to be fighting at that range enough for something Clottey esque to happen, where he's loses activity.
Either Floyd will stay outside the whole fight(Likely scenario), or he'll fight inside and try to counter. Or perhaps both. He won't sit there doing nothing though
end of 10th round; a beat up, bloody floyd who has been hit more than ever in his career and looking like an old fighter sits on his stool....he tells roger that his hand is broken and has that dazed look when roger asks him if he should stop the fight
If that happens Pac might takeover Tito in my all time favorite list
I have watched a lot of Floyd fights, all his notable ones and pretty much all of Pac's. The Manny we have seen in his last 4 or 5 fights is much better at boxing and has a lot more weapons than what he used to have. If I had to bet on this fight, I would definitely go with Manny. I don't think Floyd can simply outbox him like he has with other guys, because Pac's work rate will be much higher, his movement and combos will also be much better than what Floyd has ever seen. Don't get me wrong that goes both ways. But I had Zab beating Floyd in the first 4-6 rounds of their fight, and Manny is much more mentally strong, I would give Manny the first 3 or 4 rounds then Floyd may figure him out, but I don't think he will be able to dominate Manny once he has figured out his offense. And if the fight were to go 12, I think Manny's punch output will end up winning him the fight. Manny is not fazed by WW punches he may get bruised up and in the long run may be pretty bad for his brain but in the ring they do not slow him down. I think Manny will win by clear UD unless Floyd knows he is down and starts taking some risk in the fight, then I possibly have Manny by late stoppage.
