I remember when arum said that PAC would never fight cotto and i was glad cuz cotto was my fav fighter after manny and i thought it would never go down but here we are in 09 and it looks like nov 14 is gonna be the day wow!! Bernabe Concepcion just turned 21 too and probably has the best record out of fighters 21 and below, is the NABF and WBC youth superbantam champ and has recently added the WBC international featherweight strap to his resume. He'll be facing Luevano for his first world title shot in April if everything goes well. Ortiz i guess is around the same age...these guys are legit prospects, and probably the best young prospects right now.
