The reason for that being is, anybody who has ever been in a gym or boxed before has seen at least two or three guys who can punch like a mule kicks. But no one has ever seen defense like Floyd Mayweather's. It's unnatural and uncommon as blue unicorns. Yeah I said blue unicorns, that's how unique his defense is. So when you see a guy who punches hard and you're a fighter it's not really that impressive because everybody knows someone who hits hard. But nobody has ever said I know a guy who can stand in front of you hit you in your face, and make you swing and miss and hit you again without moving his legs. You've never heard that ever. And before everybody gets their panties in a bunch about and start commenting about how Mike Tyson hit hard and everybody loved him so people do like guys that hard cause it's not common. That's a lie because Mike Tyson didn't punch guys hard. He destroyed them. And to prove my point Mike Tyson's offense ability to punch was so great it overshadowed his defensive ability to bob and weave and make opponents miss which in his prime was beautiful for a heavyweight. So in the same ways people have never seen anyone like Mike Tyson dismantle a man, is the same way they have never seen defense like Floyd Mayweather so they only tend to talk about what grabs their attention. And there is nothing wrong with that. Because Mike Tyson offense was great and Mayweather's defense is great.

14 days = useless. What's the point? How can 14 days catch anything?
It's not pointless because it stops him from using the drug during his hard training phase, because boxers taper their training off right before a fight. That way he won't get any true benefits from the drugs if he does use them. It's about stopping him from using PEDs while training, and the last two weeks all he will be doing is refining his gameplan and and light jogging. He won't be sparing hard, running long miles, or training hard. He will be making sure he's sharp so even if he uses PEDs, he won't gain any true benefit from them. Plus Floyd gave him some leeway on testing cause he wanted to fight Pac.
Eddie Chambers seemed mentally done as a fighter after viewing this video. He should be upset and wonder what went wrong but to say he may not be like the other great champs before him proves he no longer has what it takes to become an elite. The first obstacle in any sport is supreme confidence. Once that is lost, the fall is inevitable. Which is sad because I like Chambers and I actually gave him a chance at beating Wlad, although a slim one I still gave him a chance.

Clottey is a snake bit fighter, something stupid/bad always happens to him, and he falls short.

Some may complain but the first law of nature is self preservation. Greg you can write negatives things about Floyd until you are blue in the face but it is not going to change anything.

I went to his last fight vs marquez and the pacquiao vs cotto fight. If you can be in vegas for fight weekend it is definitely worth the experience, but if not a fight party or watching in the movie theatres is still good

I was at the Mayweather-Marquez fight, and the place was packed. You do know that people go buy beer, food, merchandise, and use the bathroom during a fight and also Vegas has ushers that prevent people from returning to their seats when a round is still going on, so that you don't interrupt someone's path of vision and prevent the person from missing the action.
I was there live...place was chalked full of mexicans..started to see empty seats once all hope was lost for Marquez..
Mexicans were there in full force, I was debating with the row in front of me that Mayweather was going to embarras Marquez and once they realized it was the truth they started making excuses in a joking manner that Marquez was too old and had no business fighting Floyd.
Is Floyd not an ATG fighter? 2yrs layoff? So what? Ali in a 3 and half year lay off didn't make a fighter move up a weight-class to fight him. He fought a top 10 HW in his first fight back against Jerry Quarry. Ray Leonard after a 3yr layoff didn't make a fighter move up TWO weight-classes actually Leonard went UP a weight-class, a weight-class he never fought in before and fought THE #1 MW, an ATG in Marvin Hagler. And, Floyd couldn't find a WW to fight after an 18month layoff? And, he is suppose to be an ATG?
P4P is not a weight-class. It does not matter where he is ranked P4P, it matters where he was ranked in the division.
When Duran beat Leonard he was already proven at WW. Was JMM proven at WW?
When Shane beat Oscar, he was already proven at WW. Was JMM proven at WW?

Well Ali who was off for three and a half yrs was flat out broke and the biggest money available was at heavyweight and the man who demolished Liston was not going to be allowed to fight a bum and get paid greatly for it. But I'm not going to argue with or debate with you at all because the fact still remains Mayweather fans wouldn't care to watch him fight Clottey a guy who has lost all his biggest fights but Pac fans will and that's the difference. And I leave you with this gem-When Valero moves up to 140 and fights quality opposition caveman will be extinct.

Chambers is a good fighter but I believe he's fighting the wrong Klitschko. I believe he would be better suited against Vitali because he's older and slower and would be more susceptible to Eddie's speed than Wlad, even though I still believe that Wlad has mental issues and will wilt if Chambers puts enough starch to him.
This is old news. floyd stop doing interviews with Btalk because they wrote a story about his financial problems. GB gave him a five million dollar advance before his fight with Marquez, and Floyd always has problems with the IRS even dating back to his days with Top Rank. The guy has issues with paying them and I don't blame him. But what everyone is forgetting is that he always pays them so who cares when he pays them. But I do like the trash talk by Mosley the press conferences and 24/7 will be classic.
