its no secret that the fight didnt sell out even after 6 months of promotion, giving away a gang of tickets and holding it on the weekend of mexican independence day. official attendance: 13,116. dunno if the configuration was different but the mgm grand arena has a capacity of 17,000. also, whoever said PPV sales dont lie. i think they do. its easy to skew numbers.So you mean to tell me that all boxing PPV's in the past have been fake? Mexicans were there in full force, I was debating with the row in front of me that Mayweather was going to embarras Marquez and once they realized it was the truth they started making excuses in a joking manner that Marquez was too old and had no business fighting Floyd. lol there were mexicans there..But i was also at Shanes fight with margarito and those were different mexicans...Floyds fight had the get drunk of corona and party type mexicans..shanes had the bandana over the face kidnap ur family type mexicans...we had to get out of there there was a damn near riot lol.

I don't know what anyone else was watching, but the video the original poster showed had no empty seats in it at all! The only thing I see empty is the aisle, that's it. Looks to me like every other seat is full. This whole excercise is pointless. The video posted doesn't show any empty seats, only people sitting in them LOL.

You do know that people go buy beer, food, merchandise, and use the bathroom during a fight and also Vegas has ushers that prevent people from returning to their seats when a round is still going on, so that you don't interrupt someone's path of vision and prevent the person from missing the action. well thank you for that knowledge, ive never been to a boxing match so i wouldnt know but thanx for clearing that up :cool:
