Even tho Canelo will come to the fight lookin like Ally Mcbeal
Apparently a loss of two pounds on a bulky build makes someone emaciated...
After the fight he'll tell everyone he was going for the KO but he hurt his hand. He says that after ever fight
Guess why? Because he hurts them in every fight. It's called brittle hands and it's a problem that has afflicted many fighters. He has broken them many times.
Guerrero is a D- fighter
The alphabet can be a confusing thing.
F*ck it bro! I know a 21 old girl that was as healthy as can be that died from a brain tumor. Went to my gym 4x a week for the last 5 yrs just to workout. And boom the docs found the tumor and 2 months later she died. My point is live life to the fullest!! Balls to the wall baby.
"A girl had a brain tumor so I'm going to inflict damage to my brain". That's some breathtaking logic right there.
Matthysse beat a load of cab drivers, lost to the only half decent opposition he faced, and whipped a former drug cheat who's natural abilities were untested.... Danny whipped Khan who would box the breaks off Matthysse, whipped Judah more impressively than grandpa teeth did and is the undefeated champ. Nonetheless being objective I would say this fight is 50-50 and would not be suprised if either guy got KTFO.
I like how you spew nonstop bull**** about how inferior Matthysse is and then claim it's 50/50. Either that means you think very little of Garcia or you're afraid to back up your claims with a reasonably consistent prediction.
↑ Great post. I have no idea how people can be complaining about the current middleweight division.
Well if Sergio had any balls, he would have entered negotiations with GGG or Quillin who've been calling him out for the last 2 years. Instead, he fights bums he knows he should beat and nearly gets KTFO in the process..
Martinez fights bums? That's a new one; don't know where the **** you got that idea from.
Please list the supposed bums that Martinez has fought.
It's just surreal to see so many people who think that this is going to be a highly competitive fight. Garcia could not to be more tailor-made for Matthysse. He constantly relies on standing flat-footed in front of his opponent and attempting to trade bombs. That works great against someone like Khan who throws seven-punch combinations and has a weak chin. But try it against a brawler with the chin and power that Matthysse has and you're going to be knocked out.
I hope you'll remember this post after the fight because I absolutely guarantee a KO win for Matthysse.
Geale has NO power whatsoever, and for him to knock Barker down (and nearly out), just shows that Barker will stand NOOOOO chance vs GGG, or Quillin.
It was a liver shot. Think about that. Think about it really hard.
I sense it too. They went from laughing at Danny's chances, to saying he is on Roids now. The fear is coming.
I like how you guys claim that Matthysse's fans view him as a god but that they are also somehow terrified that he's going to lose. Little bit contradictory.
Lol Cuba, Lucas officially lost to Zab n Devon while Danny officially won his fight vs Theopane. #factscuba #noopinions
Yeah, and Roy Jones Jr. was officially a silver medalist. Welcome to boxing.
It is ENTIRELY possible to CLAIM Matthysse is a god and yet, in the recesses of one's MIND, harbor fears of said "GOD" being smashed to shet.
Hey, I'm glad you changed your mind. Before you were all claiming that Matthysse fans are delusional and that they overrate him horribly. Now you're saying that they're only pretending to believe those things. It's a really weird concept and I don't know where you get it from but at least it's not a blatant contradiction now.
I know this sounds like a quip but I mean it sincerely:
Spend less time analyzing other people's minds and more time analyzing your own.
It is ONCE again, entirely plausible that they can harbor BOTH, a deluded sense of Lucas' abilities while at the same time, harbor a deep seated fear of his being brought down to earth. Am I clear enough yet?
Yes, and I have been very clear in explaining that it's mutually exclusive. If a fan considers some fighter a god in the boxing ring then they can't also be terrified that said fighter is going to lose. You know... because they consider him a god.
It is entirely possible to worship someone and fear they will be taken away from you..
It's not possible to look at Matthysse as a god in boxing and then also be terrified that he's going to lose. That's known as a contradiction, they're mutually exclusive.
You guys speak as if Matthysse fans underrate Garcia while overrating Matthysse, both to supposed insane extents. Then you say that they're terrified that Garcia is going to win. That does not compute, not in English.
Are you telling me Lucas knocked Judah out?
This isn't complicated. You said:
NONE of the names on Lucas resume are fighters that Garcia himself, would NOT be able to KTFO.
Well... Garcia did fight Judah and if I recall correctly he didn't "knock him the **** out". If anything he was trying to avoid that fate himself in the final rounds.
Observers don't count for **** he lost both fights period.
So you're married to the official result in a sport where the judging is rife with corruption and ineptitude?
ferfalsstepdad, ric-dic, mr. philadel, fistic and the rest of you fukn danny fans better not get too drunk or high to get on these boards right after and bash these fools gang-rape steez after it's said and done.

Judah did NOT win the lat 4 rounds...
Which of the last four rounds did Garcia win?
And Garcia did not fade but was bothered by what he called a tightness in his arms.
Oh, never mind then; doesn't count.
They love to point out how Lucas lost to Aexander and Judah but completely ignore the fact that Garcia lost to Theopane.
And let's remember the most important thing: most observers consider Matthysse to have won both fights.
Martinez - Will take another tune up bout coming off a injury then probably look for a Cotto money fight while continuing to hold the lineal claim hostage fighting #9 and 10 ranked guys.
I love how everyone just randomly started to assume that Martinez is a coward after Golovkin became significant. Martinez has given you every indication in the world that he is extremely brave and wants to fight the best opponents possible. He was himself one of the most avoided boxers for years and has never dodged anyone. He took on Paul Williams who was officially the most avoided fighter in the sport. Even more he was willing to go to war with him. Just look at how brutal their first fight was and how much courage Martinez showed.
Boxing is no more scientifical than any other martial art.
Hmm...
All that matters is, are you willing to take more punishment than your opponent to get the win? Thats it. Nothing more, nothing less..
Look at your avatar. Look closely. Think about what that fighter represents. Think about his fight against Gatti. I know you can figure this out; I believe in you.
Well there are some people, even on this very forum, who think that resume is good enough for greatness. :dunno:
Faulting someone for the era they happened to be born into...
You are stupid.
He would have fought EVERYBODY just like he did in his day and in no way would he rank either 1 or 2 as he does now.
And that's exactly what the Klitschkos have done. Even more they have absolutely destroyed the majority of opponents and both maintain amazing KO percentages.
So by your own admission Ali couldn't have done any more in this era than the Klitschkos, because the high quality opponents just weren't available. Argument over.
You don't really think people would still rank Ali the GOAT do you?
Anyone who ranks Ali ahead of Robinson is an idiot. And no, of course they wouldn't. People would however certainly consider him an all-time great. Something that you're denying the Klitschkos for some silly reason(probably far right wing nationalism).
No one is claiming that Vitali and Wladimir have had high quality opponents. Guess why? Because of when they were born. I don't know if you've noticed or not but the heavyweight division has been kind of weak in the past years. So you're judging the Klitschkos by whether or not they have access to a time machine.
Very simple question to put that mongoloid mind of yours in utter torment:
What if Ali had existed in this era?
Pretty long list, huh? So much for fighting everybody.
So now on top of faulting the Klitschkos for not controlling when they were born, you're judging them for not facing opponents that were blatantly avoiding them. Brilliant stuff man, keep it comin'.
Keep your crap accusations of nationalism out of my thread. Im denying Vits an ATG spot because his sh*t resume and the fact he didn't fight so many top fighters.
Looks like I hit a nerve, I think I was in the right area. If they were American you would be sucking their dicks.
