yeah but is that really so wrong? King hasn't killed since the 60s.
And Tyson was away from King for a while. Thank Shelley Finkel for the last 5 or so years.
LOL, You think its okay to kill people even if its 40 years ago?
You have to remember the people he killed are the CONFIRMED deaths. How many UN-CONFIRMED deaths only Don King knows and I'm willing to beat he has killed more than the confirmed deaths.

Champ Klitschko decides to retire
WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko has retired from the sport after failing to recover from injury.
The 34-year-old Ukrainian made the decision after undergoing surgery on the knee injury which forced him to cancel his bout with Hasim Rahman.
"It's a hard decision to take, but I'd like to go out at the top and with my departure open the way for my successors," he said in a statement.
"Recently I have been bothered more by my injuries than opponents."
Klitschko's mandatory defence against Rahman had been scheduled for 12 November in Las Vegas.
But he was forced to cancel the fight, the fourth time he had done so, after damaging his knee sparring on 3 November.
The WBC gave Klitschko 90 days to fight otherwise Rahman would be handed the title.
It's a damn shame about Klitschko. 2006 will now be Audley's year, I'm certain of it!

However, Klitschko decided that after the operation, he would not be able to make that deadline.
"I want to thank my team, the media and the fans for their co-operation and their support," he added.
"I seek new social and political challenges in my home country the Ukraine."
Klitschko failed in hin his first attempt at winning the title when he was controversially stopped by Lennox Lewis in 2003.
He won the world belt in April 2004 after beating Corrie Sanders but has not fought since December last year when he defeated Britain's Danny Williams.
Klitschko was due to fight Rahman on 30 April, 18 June and 23 July, but back and thigh injuries forced him to pull out.
Klitschko is the second WBC heavyweight champion in a row to retire while holding the title.
Lewis quit in February 2004, coincidentally having beaten Klitschko in his last fight.
Lewis was the first reigning world heavyweight champion to quit since Rocky Marciano in 1956.

Klitschko-Rahman is off now!
WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko has pulled out of next Saturday's heavyweight title defense with interim champ Hasim Rahman. According to Top Rank, promoter of the event, Vitali was medically cleared to fight, however it was later announced that Vitali was not happy with the rigid brace he was fitted with and said no go. A new fight date will be announced. This is the fourth postponement of the snake-bit affair, having been previously scheduled in April, June and July.
:bsflag:
I think this move by Vitali is just a ploy so that people will get off his nuts. He will heal his injury and take the six months off or possibly even a full year and after that, make his last hurrah.
IMO, Vitali ain't retired for good.
Maybe, good post. If he does indeed do this, then I will have lost a lot of respect for Vitali. We will see but I hope he is a man of his word.
What is underrated about Tszyu is that he is a GREAT counter puncher and has a underrated defence too (especially in his younfer days pre-phillips). He would make Gatti miss his haymakers and brutalise him with bombs. Tszyu wins this easily.
Well Tszyu said that then took it back claiming he didn't say anything remember. And Judah has been calling out Tszyu since the first fight. Tszyu has ducked Judah ever since. Hell, he postponed their first fight twice b/c he was scared shitless.
Hatton called Judah out back a couple years ago and Judah immediately responded saying he'd go to England and beat Hatton in Manchester. Judah has called Hatton out ever since Hatton first called him out. Hatton has NEVER mentioned Judah by name since then. Seriously, find one article in the last 2 years where Hatton mentioned Judah.
And Hatton definitely ducked Mayweather. Why is he sneaking in to fight for the WBA title now? Pretty coincidental how Hatton waits until some shitty guy like Maussa picks up the title before Hatton goes after it. Hatton didn't want it when Harris had it, which yeah Harris lost to Maussa, but nobody at all thought he would. And nobody doubts that Maussa sucks.
I'm willing to let Hatton off the hook right now since Mayweather went ahead to 147. But Hatton obviously wasn't even wanting a Mayweather fight. He should've jumped all over that if he actually wanted to fight Mayweather at all. Mayweather would've definitely took the fight. Floyd keeps talking money. There is no bigger money fight within reason for Floyd right now than a Manchester showdown with Hatton. That UK money is worth more than the US money.
How did Tszyu duck Judah. Remember Judah said at the press conference saying "Winner takes all" thinking he would beat Tszyu and not give him a re-match yet Tszyu made him go all funky in round 2. Tszyu still fought Judah remember and took him out in 2 so if anyone should be scared, it should be Judah cause he was the one that was KTFO. If Judah wanted to get a re-match so badly, he should have did what Sharmba Mitchell did and fight the contenders and forced a mandatory defence, yet instead he ran to 147 where the talent is weak compared to 140 (Kinda like how Sharmba Mitchell is doing after getting KO'd by Tszyu the second time). If Tszyu was scared of Judah, he ouldn't be wanting to fight him at a weight he has never fought at with no tuneups.
With regards to Hatton, he is trying to unify the 140 division again like Tszy did. Are you complaining about unification. Don't give me that BS on Harris because Harris was offered THE BIGGEST PAYDAY OF HIS CAREER to fight Hatton but HARRIS turned it down, not Hatton. Hatton has just beaten possibly the greatest 140 of all time in a war, so its normal to have a tuneup or relative easy fight after that especially since it is a unification bout. Remember Hatton hasn't gone anywhere, PBF is the one moving up.
I can't see it just being down to the knee. His body must be fucked in general.
Yeah thats why I said injuries. I mean if your the Heavyweight champ of the world, still in your prime, and hasn't taken that much ring damage ala Holfield, it must have taken some real bad injuries to force the retirement.
"Don King has all the belts, the heavyweight division is doomed"
that's racially motivated. Bob Arum is worse than King has been in recent years. And Arum has always been as bad as King. As have other promoters. But who gets all the blame for all the bad in boxing? King. Hmm, wonder why.
The heavyweight division will improve now, not get worse. I guarantee it.
:stupid:
So if I said "Bob Arum has all the belts, the heavyweight division is doom" am I a racist against white people then
blah blah blah
racists
The heavyweight division just got BETTER. Quitschko is gone. Assuming this even sticks. Which it won't. I hope he does come back and gets his bitch ass knocked the fuck out.
Hasim Rahman ran Vitali Klitschko out of boxing.
Racist? WTF??!!
Are you actually saying Don King is NOT corrupt and GOOD for boxing?? So good for boxing that he steals from most of his fighter ala Mike Tyson and Larry Holmes and his fighters suddenly appear in rankings without doing jack shit ala Golota. Dude with all your fucking hating on Vitali, I think your the one thats racist.
Racist aren't all white folks ya know. That a chill pill and get out of this thread.
Like I said earlier in this thread
The only good thing to come out of this is that even though Don King has control over the 4 major belts, at least we will hopefully get to see a unification tournament and a unified Champ.
Also mentioning Tyson and Holmes. Yes they are living legends but Tyson is now broke and bankrupted, and when Larry tried to get away from King, King threatened to kill him and break his legs. You have to remember Don King has kill at least 2 men.
Mmm...Lacy has that guy, no doubt.
Calzaghe needs to quit running scared. All these europeans of today sure are scared pussies. Hatton running his ass off from Mayweather and Judah. Calzaghe running his ass off from Lacy. Vitali quitting boxing to avoid Rahman. Tszyu scared shitless of Judah. Its really quite funny.
Hatton is unifiyng with Maussa at 140. Mayweather moved up to 147 and Judah is at 147 already. How is Hatton avoiding Mayweather when Mayweather is the one moving up to fight a shot Mitchell.
Calfaggy I'll give you that.
If Tszyu is scared shitless of Judah, why does he want to fight Judah straight away, with no tuneups and at 147 where he has never fought before.
The only good thing to come out of this is that even though Don King has control over the 4 major belts, at least we will hopefully get to see a unification tournament and a unified Champ.
let's discuss tis.
you know when Busta Douglas dropped Mike Tyson in ta 10th? In my all honest opinion, if Tyson dint try to pick up his mouthpiece, he woulda made ta count of 7 or 8. Seriously. Te ref woulda been ta one that picked up ta mouthpiece fo him.
Opinions on tis?
The reason he tried to pick up his mouthpiece was because he was in lala land and KTFO.
However Buster did get a long count. Doesn't matter now.
I got that fight on my comp. A masterclass by Tszyu. Tszyu in his younger days was like a different fighter compare to him post Phillips lost. He was much faster, much more head and feet movement and threw much more combos. As he got older, he lost a lot of foot speed buy his body got MUCH bigger and stronger (incredible to think that he has fought at 140 for his entire career - amateur and pro) and became more of a stalker. Also he lost his left hook for a while because of the shoulder injury he had for years.
I thought Hatton was a lil bit bigger than that. Good luck vs Muassa let alone Mayweather who is 5'8 with 72 inch arms. With Mayweathers SUPERIOR boxing skills and SUPERIOR footwork, and Hattons less than mediocre defense Hatton has a snowballs chance in hell. I mean Mayweather will score at will.
Damn the I guess Tyson and Marciano must have been shit too since they have short arms.
a few names that come to mind when i think of soft hitters are corey spinks, muhhamad ali (bob foster was quoted as saying "ali couldnt punch threw a paper bag")and william joppy who smacked his way to UD'S
Ali had deceptive power. By no means was he is Foreman or Shavers league but his right hand had enough to keep you honest.
Softest Hitters are Chris Bryd, Sven Ottke, Pernel Whitaker and Jake LaMotta (His power is WAY overrated).
Isn't it funny everytime a prospect who was higherly regarded before gets knocked down, everyone jumps on his back and says "Oh his shit, I knew it before anyway."
Its better he faces some adversity early in his career than say when he is fighing for a title AKA Kermit Cintron style.
I read somewhere that Mike is left handed so you would expect it to be the left hook. A lot of great fighters with lethal lead hooks are converted and fight with their stronger hand first eg. Joe Frazier, Oscar De La Hoya and Marvin Hagler.
Larry Holmes is definitly a ATG. I have him number 3 on my list of top 10 heavyweights. Larry actually said that when he got hit by Shavers, he saw a flash of white light and the next thing he knew, he was on the ground. When Shavers lands flush, not many people get up but Larry showed great heart.
Alternatively you could just ask him what hand he beats off to :D .
But I'm pretty sure he would say something like "I'm gonna fuck you till you love me"
