It seems like Khan is always spending time and money helping out the poor and refugees. Recently he has been on a multi million pound drive to send relief to Syrian refugees. Of course, this would not be covered here. The likes of Floyd like to boast about how selfish he is, and most other boxers. Who don't do anything. Seems like Khan is the only good person, good lad, in all of boxing. His humanitarian efforts tell me he is real champ of boxing.

Now some people might say for a while Tyson was, but that wasn't sustained for years on end, and with Tyson, many fighters were keen due to the size difference. Imagine if Tyson was fighting guys that were all his own size. Now GGG is getting trouble finding almost any opponents. Even Mandos don't want to fight him. It seems the ducking culture and the ability to duck has gotten out of control. When you had one belt, there was no choice but to go through the ruler. But now, its too easy to duck, and fans and networks let it slide too easily. Luckily we have HBO, to force fights, and I believe that is what will be required.

Seems like Mayweather didn't get any fans, only people who believe that he is a boring fraud, who is just an expert cherry picker. Poor Floyd, everyone hates him. He has no friends. He has to pay strippers and his entourage to hangout with him. I feel sorry for him. Even the paper of record, the Guardian is destroying poor Floyd.

Seems like Haymon has learned all the wrong lessons in boxing. In one of the first signature fights, Peterson put on a boxing clinic against Danny Garcia. And once again, we had corrupt judges taking a shine, and frankly cheating on behalf of the favourite. If Haymon is in the robbery business, as most boxing promoters have been in, like Arum, this is one of the MAIN things that turned off the mainstream from boxing. I think Haymon is too corrupt and power hungry to see the bigger picture. And after the Pac Floyd fiasco, Haymon's PBC is more vulnerable than ever.

Whether Pac was injured or not, and I think we all believe he was, and Floyd had this information. Floyd himself admitted, " I knew, I had him from the first round." We all also know Floyd could've been a lot more aggressive and gone for the kill. He had the measure of Pac, and Pac looked a bit out of it, Floyd should;ve Koed PAC. This would've been sensational, shocked the world, and it would've truly cemented Floyd as a badass, and a boxing wizard. But mostly it would've given Boxing an amazing boost, we would be talking about this fight for decades. Instead, all people will remember is boxing is a crap and expensive and boring sport.

It has been widely reported that Pac has agreed to all of Mayweathers demands, which was confirmed by Floyd himself. One of the things we knew would be a potential issue, something Manny agreed to immediately is the gloves. We have seen Pac fight with the foam gloves against Morales and lose, and then with his Mx horse hair gloves he Koed Morales twice. So the question is what gloves has Floyd forced Pac to accept? Would Pac even stand a chance if he cannot hurt Floyd?

I am sure some of you fellas do not know of this heart breaking and absolutely incredible fight. It is one of the best fights in boxing, and the drama involved in unbelievable has it leaves a fighter crippled as well. It leaves a fighter who was headed to superstardom crippled. Very sad. Since boxers dying in the ring is so common, it's almost 100% certainty that eventually a famous boxer in a big fight will be killed. It's simple probability. Since we know Kovalev has calously killed before, what if he kills Pascal in the ring? Will Canada ban boxing? Will the US pass laws against boxing? Will headgear be mandatory? It could be even someone else. God forbid what if Cotto kills Mayweather in the ring? I fear boxing will not survive this soon to happen incident. What do you think of Kovalev not seeming to care that he publicly killed an overmatched tomato can?

The only time it was popular was when you had amazing fighters and amazing matchups. Even then, it wasn't good enough to work. To stay on primetime. Now you have crapper fighters, and worse matchups. So I would not be surprised if it doesn't work well.

Considering that Khan is one of the single nicest guys in the sport, and only speaks when reporters ask him questions do you think NSB ppl who say don't talk are racist? I think they must be as, anyone who can read knows Khan is one of the classiest guys in the sport. I also find it amusing that it is Khans fault that bigpoppapump posts 4 different articles discussing the same Khan interview as if he is saying it 4 different times.

Then he takes a moment and says Floyd too needs high work rate to beat Khan. Since Floyd is not a high work rate fighter at all, hasn't been in over a decade, and is too old to adopt this approach, does this mean Roger thinks Floyd would lose to Khan?

When is the last time a boxer of Devon's talent has been outboxed every single round? Excellent boxers like Malignaggi, Kotelnik, and Alexander have all be shut out by Khan. It is rare for any boxer to have such mastery over great boxers. Can anyone at 147 outbox Khan? I don't think so. He is starting to look like a welter Andre Ward. IMO, no one can outbox Khan. No one has come close to doing it. If he stays smart, Khan is incredible.

I had a premonition that someone will not leave the ring alive, this Saturday. You know it is only a matter of time before a high profile fighter is killed in the ring. Especially with peded out fighters delivering shocking puches to horrific effect, like Paul William getting Koed by Martinez or even JMM Koing poor Pac. The question is, when this happens, what will happen to boxing? Once a high profile boxer is killed, there will be calls for it to be banned. Should it be banned? If someone does die in the ring this Sat, who will it be?

My friend told me heard Khan and Arums have been in secret negotiations over a potential move to TR, with a potential Pacquiao fight on the line. He has his sources so I believe him, and when I thought about it, it makes sense. This is why Oscar has lately been praising Khan, and saying he apologizes for misleading Khan into believing they had secured a Mayweather fight for him. I don't know if Khan gets Pac at TR, but the Welterweight landscape is far friendlier at TR, and also far smaller, so it makes sense they need a few welterweight stars to reman up.

There are lots of rumors flying around about these two. My source tells me he is dead certain Andre Ward hired some gangsters to hasten the death of Dan Goosen. Its not well known but Ward is actually very tight with some gangsters, but these are not flashy wannabe thugs like the type Floyd associates with. But I have it on good authority Andre Ward was involved with Dan Goosens demise. Then we have Amir Khan. He posted a tweet with a picture of a knife, with the caption, "I won't kill him but I will watch him die." And a few days later, someone tried to assassinate his rival Kell Brook. Khan has been a bit of a cash cow, so he could easily afford to attempt this and cover it up as well. It does seem awfully suspicious. Have you guys heard anything?

A lot of my friends want to kill various boxers. I always find this sentiment a bit surprising. But, I do find it interesting that it's the same few boxers they want to kill. There are the obvious ones like Floyd for beating women, but some people really want to kill some other boxers too. Just out of curiosity, who do you want to kill?

So Brook called out Thurman after his win over the then highly over-rated Porter. Thurman accepted the challenge and even agreed to come to the UK to fight Brook. Brook then subsequently pretended like Thurman does not exist, and has ignored him, and only mentioned far easier opponents. Do you think it is acceptable for Brook to lie to fans and pretend to be a hardass by using Thurman's name? Are you surprised Brook was lying and had no intention of fighting Thurman? Does publicly challenging Thurman then ducking that same person make Brook a huge b!tch?

We know Garcia can't really make 140 anymore, and is going to fight Peterson at a catchweight. Even though it's unlikely Garcia would ever face Brook, who would win? I think Brook would stop him. But then again, I don't see Garcia being a force at 147.

I mean morally criminal, not legally, obviously. The fact is Salka had no business at all being in the ring with someone like Danny who is waaaaaay bigger than him, and also has the cushion of a two pound catch weight! Making a dude come up two divisions and have the nerve to give yourself even more weight? Salka had no choice as a fighter. He couldn't very well turn down the biggest pay day of his life, so he was in effect exploited by GB and Garcia. And he paid the price for this, by getting brutally knocked out as well knew he would. At two weight divisions down, he only has 3 knockouts! So his power at a weight above jr welter is going to be even significantly less than his paper fists already deliver.
