Is what Garcia and GB did to Salka Criminal?

I mean morally criminal, not legally, obviously. The fact is Salka had no business at all being in the ring with someone like Danny who is waaaaaay bigger than him, and also has the cushion of a two pound catch weight! Making a dude come up two divisions and have the nerve to give yourself even more weight? Salka had no choice as a fighter. He couldn't very well turn down the biggest pay day of his life, so he was in effect exploited by GB and Garcia. And he paid the price for this, by getting brutally knocked out as well knew he would. At two weight divisions down, he only has 3 knockouts! So his power at a weight above jr welter is going to be even significantly less than his paper fists already deliver.
