Would be a great fight to see. However i think khan would beat ortiz. Khans starts very quick and i think once khan peppers him in the first few rounds Ortiz will be disheartened.
Ortiz would need to try and conserve energy and get Khan in the later rounds

Im guessing it is working on explosive power in the shoulders and back. I play a lot of cricket and a bat swing does help with this.

Old time boxers used to do this. Floyd gives you a lot oppertunities to punch on his shoulder or biceps for 12 rounds older fighters used to do this. If you watch the Marquez fight theres a round where Marquez does this to Floyd and you can tell Floyd didn't like that because he went on to force an attack on Marquez. Doesn't even have to be hard punchs to the shoulder or biceps but consistancy, by the 10 rounds he'll have a tough time lifting that arm to punch.
