It’s been rumored all year and on Tuesday it will be officially announced that Mike Tyson will fight Kevin McBride on June 11th in Washington D.C.
I am (as all) admired with courage of Tyson - not everyone will dare to go in a ring with such dangerous and powerful contender, like McBride.
A lot of professionals sportsmens like steroids. Even present "WBC heavyweight champion Vitaliiiiii Klitschkoooooooo!" (Buffer). Because of that he was taken off from participation in Olympic games in 1996.

Dude, the sixth round came to a close with LL on the ropes and VK hitting him with lefts and rights, look at the fight Again..... even in the last round, with his face busted up, VK still dominated the round with exception of the one uppercut that LL landed.
"Dude", sixth round came to a close with Vit which after missed right hook has embraced the Lewis and did not release him up to the end (save by a bell). Lennox very much tried to push away him from himself, but Vitaly very strongly seized him:), that Lewis has failed in it. It was thirteen seconds prior to the end of a round. Before (20 seconds prior to the end of a round) really there was Vitaly`s left-right combination which did not render on Lewis absolute any effect.
So we see, that right uppercut were not one strong punch which has missed by Vit.
I had this debate with the great one, there is no round in that fight that you can say LL was in complete control, maybe a couple were close, but..... LL showed no signs of dominating that fight through six rounds.
You as I understand, big fan to count points in fight. Actually it is normal. But is not necessary to go in cycles on it, when fight not spend all distance, and especialy when the initiative passes from one to another. Try to recollect the first fight between Leonard and Hearns. First five rounds Thomas has won. For this time Ray not only study a manner of conducting fight but as has managed enough to exhaust Hearns. result - has won by knockout. In the future remember this.
By the way all of the judge have unanimously given last round to Lewis.
Also do not overlook, that the judge estimate not only quantity of punches, but also their quality (an example - DLH and Mosley-2). Vitaly's punches did not make any serious effect on the opponent in the sixth a round, as against punchs of Lennox.
I did not assert, that the Englishman had overwhelming superiority (Vitaly too had no such advantage - except the second round), but Lennox in sixth round (after which fight have stopped) has put the most successful attacks during all fight. And how they have worked on Vitaly? For this purpose you look fight more attentively.;)

Totally disagree. Hatton is certainly world class. Look at the way he fought Vince Philips and Be Tackie. I realize that Philips is older now but he is still half decent and Hatton beat him without too much problems ( Tsyzu can`t claim that ) and Ben Tackie was beaten up by Hatton. How can you say that Hatton is signing his death sentence? Tsyzu is at the age where he could fall apart, maybe not, but maybe and yes Tsyzu looked great against Mitchell but it doesn`t mean he`ll beat Hatton. Having seen nearly all of both fighters fights i lean towards Hatton for a late tko or close points win. He has been more active and can box well as well as bang.
Vince was already old and good-for-nothing fighter (40 years) and Hatton-knockouter has won only by UD.
And that? Ben in last two years only loses. What this victory can strongly prove? Him beat both Sharmba, and Tszyu. All by UD.
Also keep in mind hatton has a great chin and Tsyzu`s chin is average at best.
Really? Kostya was knockdown only after missed exact punches in a chin, and certainly not all. I am not sure, that Hatton could take these punches. He did not meet against such opponents as Tszyu. Tszyu has a normal chin.

Ricky is monotonous and primitive for Kostya. I am sure, he knock him out not later than 5-6 rounds.
Maskaev also made claims that he KOed Vitali, while the (amateur) fight was stopped by Vit trainer due to Vitali's injured hand, and there were not even official KDs scored.

Vitaliy: Who is Pele Reid? It was so long ago that I forgot all about him. Nobody knows who Pele Reid is. My fight with him was a semi-contact kickboxing match 12 years ago. I lost that fight because of a kick to my thigh, not a punch. Lennox is the biggest puncher in the world and he could not knock me out.

Vince wasn't exactly young when he beat Tszyu either and Tszyu was in his prime years so that fight didn't really prove anything either way.
In fight with Hatton Vince was more older on six years. I believe - it is not necessary to explain how it influences on the professional sportsman (the boxer and another). Kostya has lost to Vince for the objective reasons: the opponent was changed in short term before fight (I hope, everyone know - Tszyu should meet not with Phillips); after that fight for Kostya the contract on fight with DLH was guaranteed, people already discussed this fight; and here a meeting with underdog - certainly these facts had in aggregate an effect on quality of preparation for fight: physical and psychological (fight with DLH!!! What Vince? Where? I don ` t care this underdog). I think, at anybody it is no doubt - if Tzsyu will meet with Phillips now and in shape(or one year ago) - Vince would be knocked out. This has made even Millett.
The Tackie fight just proved that Hatton can take care of the other guys as well as, if not better than, KT & Mitchell.
This fight can not prove it in any way. Business all in that: Ben always had serious problems even with a little bit technical opponents + up to a meeting with Ricky he has lost two fights and already any boxer particularly knew how to operate against him. If Hatton has made it with Mitchell instead of Tackie then it would be possible to assume " Hatton can take care of the guys as well as,..., KT and Mitchell ". To make comments on this ("if not better") separately I shall not be - better simply shall laugh.:)

There's nothing primative about the way he switches his angles to get his shots in.
It is everything, that he is able. By the way, he well do this (shots in) only on an average distance, but also here he is extremely monotonous - that means - is predicted.

People who think that this fight would be easy for either guy must be blind, crazy or they haven't seen enough of the fighters.

Lennox Lewis is a huge pussy, as could be seen yesterday during the telecast. He still hangs on to the notion he beat Vitali, when Klitschko was ahead on all scorecards and wobbled him several times in the early rounds. Vitali Klitschko retired Lennox Lewis and is not going to get a rematch because LL is not a man of his word. This is what really should put BRitain to shame, not Danny Williams valiant effort yesterday, that man has 5x more heart the Lennox Lewis will ever have.
What we have? The person without heart has victory against the best heavywieght present time.:)
It is not necessary to me to tell about the second round and about " ahead on all scorecards ". He did not expect such pressure and such successful attacks from Vitaly. Vitaly managed to surprise him. But we remember all, that to Vitaly could not fall down the guy though he rendered the best punches. We as remember, that has made Lennox with his face (Klitschko after fight within one week spoke, that it was headbud; until has looked record of fight). All of us remember, how during that fight Lennox studied a manner of conducting fight of Vitaly; for this purpose it is enough to recollect the sixth round - when after missed punch of the Lewis in a temple Vitaly has hung on him to not fall; and this proceeded up to the end of a round after which fight have stopped.
Epilogue (that we have at the moment of a stop of fight):
1) Vitaly who after missed punch has a condition close to a knockdown (maybe knockout) and tries very much do not let go Lennox from the embraces.
2) Lewis which studied a manner of conducting fight of the opponent and almost him has sent on canvas.
3) Face of the Vit which has the biggest cut which I ever saw.
4) Completely healthy (without cuts) Lennox.

You age of him recollect better. We shall look at Vitaly at this age.;) In a history of boxing only two persons were more the senior champions. He already repeatedly spoke, that last whom he wants to beat - Tyson. He has do it in 2002. So there is nothing surprising, that he has left a ring after fight with Vitaly. He has acted correctly - for this purpose to recollect Holy enough.
