I think Victor Ortiz is still a lil' green for Cotto right now...Ortiz has power and a lil bit of speed and footwork but I don't think he knows how to really use that ability intelligently yet and it will make him very predictable against Cotto especially mayweather...and let's not forget that Cotto is a lil faster than Ortiz and probably has just as much power
I think Cotto is smart enough, fast enough and powerful enough to make the fight competitive but I dont think he'll beat floyd...but at his peak I think he could have edged out a victory because he had the confidence and tenaciousness that i dont think he has now.
They both have way above average skill and ability but I think Donaire has like a sixth sense when he's in the ring. It's like he sees openings for counter punches in slow motion and then just rocks you.

I gotta say I disagree with Cotto, I think Carlos Ortiz is the best fighter out of Puerto Rico...Carlos Ortiz was a REAL world champion when there werent all these sanctioning bodies, just one champion (he did that twice), He was the inaugral WBC lightweight champion, he also won the WBA title. The main reason I pick Ortiz over Gomez and even Trinidad is becuase every time he lost his titles he won them back against the same person who beat him...plus Trinidad and Ortiz are the only fighters from PR to win fighter of the year awards

Skill wise Bradley could give Pacquiao problems but it takes more than skill to beat pacquiao...people could always talk about what they would do to pacquiao offensively but they never talk and probably don't even think about what they would do after they get hit clean by a bunch of pacquiao shots...
From what I saw yesterday I think Haye is a super talented heavyweight, I just think that if he wasn't injured then his gameplan sucked...I also think people should give Wlad credit where credit is due, he fought a good fight defensively, his footwork is really really good for a heavyweight and he was actually pressing the action throughout the whole fight...One thing I hated though was when he would grab or headlock Haye when Haye would catch him with a clean shot

Of course they are, I'll never doubt that but Pacquiao is always gonna be ranked higher than Mayweather unless Mayweather stops playing this pride game where he's trying to prove who the bigger superstar is...it's not taking him anywhere or giving him any more popularity, in my opinion it's making him look real ignorant. I see it as a wide unanimous decision for mayweather too but I give mad respect to mayweather for taking this fight...Cotto and pacquiao are the other two big draws in the sport and they probably would never take this fight because of money!!!
