I think hayman will make a fight if he money is right. Arums wants to maximize profits by making in house fights so that he can collect from both sides. Punches thrown is not a major factor in the fight. We both know how terrible compubox is. If you watch the fight oscsrs plan was clear. Stay away in the outside jump in to engage. Then throw a flurry and immediately Jump back out to the outside. (He would miss about half of his shot in these flurries). Repeat three times a round.
Watch it again and tell me that was not his pattern.

I agree. I watched that fight on PPV and DLH picked Tito apart. DLH listened to the bad advice of his corner and ran for rounds 10-12. Judges probably saw that as cowardice but I saw that as good defensive footwork that Tito couldn't catch up to. DLH won that fight and he did it fairly easily
I saw some running the whole fight. Once round 8 hit he started gassing and conserved his energy by stopping punching so that he can make it to final hell. Trinidad was never able to catch up to him because he literally ran the championship rounds. Trinidad would have caught up to him if he kept up his strategy. Doesn’t matter if you don’t believe it because Oscar sure the hell did.
The point is, we need to stop blaming Arum for Crawford's inactions. That's on Crawford not wanting to fight the best.

Watch the fight de la hoe ya threw three flurries a round or so. I would have called them combos but he would miss half of them. After his flurry he would jump back out to the outside. Meanwhile trinidad hunted his azz down the whole fight. Landing his shots.

after running through welter weight he went on to super and smashed. He then went on to middleweight to challenge the champs there. He meet up with some super greats in winky wright and hopkins. He then went up even further to fight the great roy jones.
No welter weight has went up so high in weight to fight legendary fighters. i doubt any will ever do so again.

The trouble with Danny Garcia is his low workrate and punch output. He is going to lose this fight for the very same reason he lost to both Thurman and Porter; For the lack of punch activity.
At 140, he could get away with landing no look counter punches at a time. However, at 147 where the opponents are naturally a lot wider and stronger than they are at Junior welterweight; He is not knocking somebody out as heavy and big as Erroll Spence with single counter punches at a time. It's absurd.
There are two ways to defeat a counter puncher; Slow the pace down by boxing them from a distance the way Keith Thurman did or just simply outwork them with a high punch output and volume the way Shawn Porter did.

He could have his opponent slow down it his pace by investing more to the body. But he liked the head hunting.

Yea pretty close fights. They gave the fights to The more action fighter. Garcia generally more accurate but Thurman and porter morn active. Activity won the judges over. Albeit close.
