Being a 200 lb amateur doesn't actually mean you're fighting at 200. There's time to put weight on after the weigh in. If he fought in mid 240s consistently, I wouldn't complain.
Solis is physically bigger than he gets credit for. That said, this isn't his best shape, but it shouldn't make one bit of difference--which is sort of what the problem is to begin with.

It's a calculated decision. He has a new show in which he'd like to be perceived as more than a half-wit. He's wearing smart glasses. If it were a vision issue he could wear glasses when the cameras move or maybe contacts. This guy's appearance is an important part of his job.
