Really.............how can you have an announcement without even announcing anything about the fight card. OH Yea we got a date to put out there.......... goes to show what kinda a schitt show is coming our way. And if it fails they will blame somebody else for its failure.....

The problem in this fight for Parker in my opinion might be that Dubois throws more volume than Wilder or Zhang.
Parker is going to have to fight at a different pace than in those two fights. Hrgovic has had gas tank issues but he got exhausted throwing the kitchen sink at Dubois trying to keep him back.
This is what I'm thinking too, coupled with Dubois' speed. His speed shocked AJ. Think the speed coupled with the volume punching you mention might do the same to overwhelm Parker's on-paper superior boxing.

On the one hand, the commentary team hypes fights like they kept saying Beterbiev Smith was a 50-50 FOTY. We know it's not true but they're selling their broadcast and trying to get viewers so I take it with a grain of salt.
I like Tim but do note the bias. Other times Tim is fun because he's always laughing so it makes some of his wacked-out sh*t easier to take. I do like Bernardo Osuna.
I guess one of my biggest pet peeves is when the crew is talking about other fighters or other topics during a (usually undercard) fight where the action is pretty hot and these guys are blabbing about something Tim eats or going on and on about some personal detail about one of the headliners that we've already seen 56 times in all the human interest footage they roll nonstop beforehand. We get it, Joe's the common man, people on Long Island got a new driveway betting on him, etc. Focus on the action in front of you! It's disrespectful to the guys who trained so hard and this is their big TV moment. The fighters don't have to be 'famous' for us to appreciate watching - and appreciate you all actively calling - a fight.
Nova Lopez this past weekend. The Japanese fight from last November. Sounds like the Canadian women's fight last Friday had all the elements.
I hear you on mainstream fighters but when you watch the little cards on the weekend, you still see what makes our sport great.

Idk I reckon all the favorites will win by hook or by crook. I am mainly enjoying the spectacle of EIGHT heavy(ish)weight fights in a row. Definitely open to be shocked as a bonus too~
Yeah! I like these AWE boxing programs. It's like the channel is 23 hours of old dudes on boats, and then this weird pipe feed from another part of the world breaks in with boxing.
