For me both are world elite level operators. 1 has knocked every opponent he's faced out, the other has been in many big fights and narrowly come out worst off.

Who could Khan fight even fight at welterweight these days where he would be a strong enough favourite that the fight could be viewed as a 'stay-warm' one ? There are only so-many feather-fisted Algieris out there. And Brook can't make 147 any more no matter what he says. He was drained and ran out of gas in the 7th with Spence, and would do so again at 147 - he's a 6 round fighter at 147. So Khan up to 154 ? Presumably that means Khan can scour the landscape at 154 looking for brit level Algieris to squeak by maybe. (found it for him - Stepan Horvath, KO% 33%, same as Algieri. A current or previous World Champion - not sure which (WBO Europe or something)). Tbf there are a number of fighters high is only thing going for him....
